I tried them at first for proofreading our restaurant menu but learned they also do proofreading of posters, business cards and everything so I have used for many little pieces. They also make excellent suggestions and do five star editing so I happily recommend

I am giving five stars due to smooth communication directly with the editor - being able to ask them questions and get feedback and then also the admin in terms of questions like pricing and turn around times for the proofreading

I haven’t used other proofreading companies so I don’t have a point of comparison but I can say that when using express to proofread my documents, they have always produced an excellent job, the process is super easy and simple and the communication is straightforward and just great. I email them and the reposed nearly instantly and I am always updated and kept in the loop. Their prices are really competitive too so I haven’t felt the need to try another proofreading service as I don’t see what I would gain but I might try I’m future and will review if I do.

Im pretty satisfied with the proofreading of my essay. All errors were spotted and corrected. Shopping around the prices were good but I haven’t seen them do any sales which would be a good idea as I could hand in more documents at that period
