I have been buying Fexofenadine hayfever tablets from Express Pharmacy for a few years now and they have always provided a good service.

Good fast and professional service, highly recommended.

I used Express Pharmacy for my Covid PCR test to travel and had excellent service via one of their outlets, Parmay Pharmacy.
At a competitive price, and a time to suit me, I had my test taken by the pharmacist at 5.45 on the Tuesday evening and had my lab report and certificate in my inbox by 1pm Wednesday. What great service - and they deal directly with the pathology lab which not all business can claim.

The only reason for the one star less, is I originally submitted a booking request via the website and never received a response which entailed my paying out money to not so good a company. However once I phoned, they were excellent.

Used EP for the first time, no compliants at all. Easy to use website, fair price, no complicated forms to fill out just what info is needed. Delivery was very quick. Will definitely use again.

Been a customer since 2016. That ended last month. I ordered medication via special delivery. Without going into the whole story for the fourth time. Ordered on the Sunday, knowing that they don't dispense on a Sunday as not open, so expected Monday. . my dispatch info received the Tuesday. They've tried blaming royal mail (my husband is a post man and I've used special many times) I know how the system works. Received it Wednesday!! Anyhow, requested refund of postage. . No chance. . They kept claiming it was dispatched Monday but tracking info wasn't sent til Tuesday. . Come on!!! Anyhow, I have closed account. . Totalled up what I've spent with them over 2 years. , almost £1,500! So taking my business to a pharmacy who will at least be honest. If they had turned around and said 'look our fault we forgot to dispatch.' . I would've been absolutely fine with that. . Honestly always best. . . A pharmacy in the past has actually forgotten, they were honest and yes it was frustrating but I appreciated their honesty. . It's the cover up and complete back of customer service. .

I placed my order a month ago. A couple of days later they told me it was out of stock. If I wanted something more as in a bigger order they could provide that but I would have to send them more money Western Union. I told them no cause there customer service guy was rude from the begining so he told me to either buy a bigger order or I wasn't even gonna get a refund. I said I'm gonna give them bad reviews on every review site and he told me to go ahead.then a couple hours later they blew up my phone with more options to buy bigger orders.I told them no!!!! He then said that they would fulfill my order but it would take 45 days and the 45 days would start after the holidays I think they're full of s*** and I'm never gonna get my order or my money back.

Started off ok. But my last 2 orders have not been in stock. And both times have been sent a cheaper alternative. And both times I have had to complain to get the difference refunded to my card. Why should I have to ask?
Worst of all they keep advertising the product (50mg Sumatriptan) as being in stock. I will not be using express pharmacy again.

Have used a few times and have no complaints and no negative comments. Delivery always on time and they provide genuine quality products. Have done and will continue to recommended Pharmacy Express to lots of people.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company. Once you do they will give your phone # and email address to solicitors on their behalf. you will be inundated with phone calls from Asian representatives, receive explicit sexual email and the harassment will not stop. Don't believe the reviews, they probably pay the same people that will harass you comission to write them too.Order at your own risk.

I did order some medicines yesterday to come today till 10.30 am. I took day off at work because of that. I did pay extra for delivery. I did get email confirmation for my delivery. I didn't receive them. I called to the pharmacy to ask what's happening and they said that its out of stock. They hope that they will get delivery today but I'll get it tomorrow at the earliest. I'm at work tomorrow. My medicines has to be taken daily without gaps!!!! Very upset!!!!!!
