Great Service
Ordered malaria tablets and they were delivered a couple of days later.
Fast service and the price was the cheapest anywhere online or on the high street.
Definitely use again.

Terrible
After 3 weeks after my order was dispatched I still haven't received it despite the company promising they have sent another order next day delivery. The customer service number hung up on me. In general I feel very disappointed.

We are aware of the issues that you have faced with delivery of your order. I can assure you that we dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. Unfortunately, once it leaves our premises we cannot control the delivery. We trust that Royal Mail deliver everything on time, however, this does not always happen.
We have since refunded your order in full and will be happy to give you credit towards another order of your choice, for yourself or for a friend.
The staff at Express are fully trained in delivering high levels of customer service. As an online pharmacy that operates out of a community pharmacy in West London, we have are duty bound to delivering a level of customer service that replicates what you might receive in your local community pharmacy.
I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but I can assure you that we take measures to treat every patient with a certain level of courtesy and attention.

Reliable and prompt services
It was my first time using on-line pharmacy and it went really well. The delivery was correct and on-time. The navigation on site was also very easy and straightforward. And the prices were much lower that in Boots in my case with anti-malaria tablets. I've had a very nice experience which I would be hapy to repeate in the future.

Couldn't have asked for a better service.
I made an order for anti- malarials , which came so promptly i was suprised, however i realised that i had made a mistake whislt ordering my antimalarials.See i was in a malaria area for two weeks , but somehow only managed to order one weeks suply. I was gutted about how stupid i had beeen and was even more frustrated with myself with the price difference between buying 2* one weeks worth and the price if i had oredered the right amout in the first place. I thought i'd at least attempt to ask whether i could purchase the extra tablets and pay the difference, not that i thought i would be able to as it was my mistake but thought i had nothing to lose by asking. The express pharmacy rang me, and i explained what i had done. I was totally shocked and elated that they understood and were so helpful and sorted my problem out. I am so greatful and i would always recommed the express pharmacy, Thank you so much, you were so great

Had never tried this service but gave it a go. I was not disappointed, from making my order to receiving the items ordered they arrived at my home in 24 hrs.
Efficient and prompt service and cheaper than similar companies that offer the same service. Will use this service again and will be happy to recommend this service to friends.
