DO NOT USE! I ordered medication at a significant cost and paid for special delivery. Was given no tracking details or delivery estimate. No medication has arrived. On closer examination of Companies House the website is a front as the actual pharmacy was dissolved as a limited company in 2020 so the claim they are practicing as a licenced pharmacy from those premises is likely fraudulent and illegal. Please avoid these people, they are scammers!

Rude to elderly and vulnerable people. Could not believe what I witnessed, this morning.
Used to be amazing , new staff completely.
I have now changed my nominated pharmacy. If you have elderly relatives that use this pharmacy, you need to go in with them to protect them from their dismissive , uncaring attitude!

This is a fraudulent set-up. They are not registered with UK General Pharmaceutical Council. NHS have no records or certification of Express Pharmacy. Order at your peril.

Paid 100euro for prescription, they took money straight away..
After a week I emailed them about my order and all I got was automated response saying your payment has been confirmed..

Jesus Christ PLEASE don't order from these parasites, i paid £133 for medication then was told i needed to pay another £250 "refundable deposit" to get it delivered, i spoke to my solicitor who told me i was stupid to buy from them in the first place and there is no such thing as a postal "refundable deposit". Please please don't use them.

I am still waiting for my medication and it has been over 10 days since I request the refill. so far I made two phone calls and with the first being on Saturday 09/16/2023. I got a chance to speak with the customer care specialist C.EM , the pharmacist Pinky ( ID # E402503) and their supervisor Crystal . I was told the issue resolved and the medication will be shipped with expedite shipping. I am waiting for a continuous glucose monitor which is need to work with insulin pump. Today is Tuesday (09/19/2023) the status is still delayed . I called again and I spoke to Alex and the pharmacist Bill. They couldn't give me a sound reason for the delay. Bill stated he fixed the so called issue. He told me I have up to date prescription in the system, but cause of prior refill issue they need to modify the quantity and he claim he did that. I am still waiting to see the status changed to processed or shipped. I am not sure you clearly knows the process. everytime I called i hear different working process. I am not even sure why it is called express pharmacy. Saturday when I call I was treated as if I am bothering mainly the pharmacist Pinky. she was not helpful at all she wants to punish the problem I didn't created. I don't know if they have a responsible person who look over to see how things are done. You guys are saying you can supply a medication in a timely manner but here we are paying a price with our care .

Been getting runaround from all of the Big Chain pharmacies that refused to fill my prescription of Suboxone which my insurance fails to fill which is under my insurance until I found this Pharmacy I rate this pharmacy at 10 not a five so if you like me you'll get a run around call Express Pharmacy and they'll take care of you!!!!!

Two months and item still hasn't been delivered to Australia. Initially responded after a month that they're still working on delivery and now they stopped replying to my email and have taken my money about $400 AUD

Wonderful pharmacy with an excellent staff especially PJ. I received both my Covid vaccinations there. I highly recommend a visit.

Ordered plan B that needed to be taken within 72 hours, express pharmacy gave me a guarantee of it coming. It did not. Would not recommend this company to anybody if you are wanting things within a time frame. You’re better off going into a reliable store!

Don't know why the negative reviews I have ordered a few times from Express and no complaints at all,. The only time a parcel arrived a day late is WAS royal mail, they chose the delivery date to make no delivery in the whole area. I recommend this pharmacy and will certainly buy from them again.

Ordered a steroid nasal inhaler that I had previously been prescribed by my doctor, but I didn't have time to go through the whole phone appointment with my local doctor to get another. Ordered Sunday, dispatched Tuesday and arrived Wednesday.

Brilliant service and would definitely use again as it wasn't much more than paying prescription price and saved me a lot of time as well as saving NHS resources.

Ordered something personal. Paid for special delivery ‘guaranteed 1pm’. It did not come and they’re refusing a refund. Do not use.

I ordered my capsules on saturday morning with express delivery, it is now wednesday the postman has been and no signs of any medication. I will not use them in the future.

I had the misfortune of ordering from Express Pharmacy. I had 2 issues. The first issue what that what I ordered was not what I received. The image on the website clearly shows a specific brand. What I actually received was a totally different brand and there was no communication from Express Pharmacy that I was going to be issued a different brand. As it happens, the brand I was issued does not work for me, but having spoken with the unhelpful and rude Munz at Express Pharmacy (who is a trained and qualified pharmacist supposedly), he advised that the brand does not matter. The manufacturing and ingredients of the brands is the same. When I asked him to put this in writing for me, he refused.
I could not believe the detail and argument I had to have with this supposedly trained pharmacist who could not comprehend that different brands of medication can affect people differently; something confirmed by my GP. I felt as if I was thoroughly told off by Munz with no respect whatsoever for me (putting aside that I am actually suffering with an illness; there was no compassion whatsoever).
The lack of service can be further evidenced when he kept getting my name completely wrong and kept saying that I am a long-standing customer; totally false since this was my first and only order (and last!). As you can see, quality and attention to detail is very poor which further justifies the lies of the second issue below.

The second issue was the medication arrived damaged. Now when I mean damaged, I mean one side of the boxes were crushed. Condition of tablets unknown but nevertheless, I felt unsafe about taking these and wanted to return for refund due to the exceptionally poor service and lack of communication regarding the first point. When speaking to Munz, he said that the medication left them in perfect condition and that I have to contact Royal Mail and discuss it with them. When I pointed out that my contract is with Express Pharmacy and not with Royal Mail, he said that this does not matter; I have to deal directly with Royal Mail even though my order including shipping was with Express Pharmacy.
Nevertheless, Munz advised that Express Pharmacy have a strict no returns policy and that under no circumstances can medication be returned once dispensed, even if damaged. I find this strange given the terms and conditions mentioned on their website says damaged orders can be returned for a refund. But as you can see, Munz likes to lie and this seems to be a common theme with Express Pharmacy.

When I asked Munz that I would like to speak to a manager, he rudely said that there is no one available and I was told to email Harman at Express Pharmacy.
So, I emailed Harman, twice. On both occasions, not a single reply, not even an acknowledgement.

This issue is now with my representatives for them resolve to get my money back.

But my advice to others; avoid this company like the plague. They are a very unethical company who lie as shown above, are dishonest, rude and staff make up with own terms and conditions as they go along.

Update: Following this review, I received a telephone call from the Superintendent Pharmacist at Express Pharmacy who apologised for his staff’s attuited and said that he will send out the Sanofi Telfast as ordered. Given that he called me, apologised and offered to put things right, its only fair that the review is updated to reflect this. So, thank you Express Pharmacy for sorting this out.
