Poor, system glitches and cancelled policy
Bought the policy, sent the documents - hit numerous system glitches that left me unable to check the documents or verify my insurance details. Live chat/customer service was impossible - I had to escalate to Carole Nash their owner to receive support/the docs. Got the documents this morning finally so can use my vehicle, they've just sent me an SMS stating they've cancelled the policy because of a system error.
Edit - to clarify this is a development since my earlier complaint - you've done it again Michelle! I've contacted your livechat to pass this message on - please contact me to resolve and most importantly verify my insurance status.

Renewal was competitive and easy
I have never just renewed with a company but have to say they gave plenty of notice to look about and read through documents sent through. Great renewal price wereas usually it's a lot higher on renewal's and no pressure selling.
