Driver who picked us up was extremely unfriendly.

He did not bother to help with luggages.

Driver was extremely rude and ask for more money and made the journey extremely unpleasant.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Made a booking back in April for September 2022. Got an email yesterday asking me for an additional 16 pounds on top of the 82 paid for the cost of fuel going up. I was advised that if I didn't want to pay the increase my booking would be cancelled.
I don't, they have now cancelled my booking and I have to wait for 5 to 7 working days for a refund. I have booked elsewhere for 85 pounds. Absolute disgrace. I will be taking this further as there was nothing in the T's and C's about price increases.

Driver arrived late with no explanation, I had to call multiple times to ask for updates despite being told they would call me. Car was in poor condition and driver was speeding the entire journey. Impossible to get hold of management to ask for compensation.

I've used this company three times and they've never let me down. I always book online, then confirm the booking over the phone a day in advance. The drivers are very nice, the cars are spotless and they've always arrived before the scheduled time so I never had to wait for them. Will definitely keep using this company for any airport transfers.

I was already concerned having read previous reviews however decided to give this company a chance as they were very competitive on the price. On the day I called and asked if we could leave a bit earlier than the booked time at 12.30. I was told that wasn’t a problem and they would be ready at 11.30, which was perfect and I was happy with the service. I arranged for our entire group to be ready at the pick up point for 11.30, however no vehicle arrived. I called at 11.45 and was told the driver was delayed but would be there at 12.20. She would call me back at 12 and keep me updated. No call back and at 12.35, more than an hour later the driver finally arrived. No excuse or anything after they’d left my group standing on the side of the road for more than an hour. Vehicle was okay however a driver with very poor driving skills. Do not use unless you’re desperate and have plenty of time!

We had to change flights, so our taxi booking was temporarily put on hold. The company then confirmed the new time via phone, email, and text message, but apparently forgot to remove the booking from 'on hold'. At 6am, we called to ask where the driver is and were met with: "Oh, so sorry. Our bad. Nothing we can do now. Good luck." Highly unprofessional.

Contracted to take a professional carer to her vulnerable client's during Covid 19. Driver was incomprehensible on the phone, gave her really poor instructions on how to find him, so the professional carer had to call her manager.
Taxi office then harassed the Professional carer whilst she wa in the car, calling her repeatedly, demanding payment, despite the fact that the our Care Company's office had asked to pay for the £90 taxi themselves. Taxi office did not comply with this, took details down incorrectly several times, and then did not give our office a chance to pay before haranguing the Carer.

Had a really bad experience with their service with the driver and the horrible MPV car which seemed the driver had made their home with his personal belongings and seemed to be a personal vehicle rather than a commercial for hire vehicle. With so much of their personal belongings in it and was not all clean. Also the driver was arrogant and behaved very rude. As I was travelling with my family we were shocked but did not want to make a scene as I was few hours away from home and wanted reach safely. As soon as I reached home, I called and complained to their office but no one bothered to call back or take my complaint seriously. This was the worst travel experience I have and will be the last one with this company. I would not recommend anyone with their service. I would give a negative star if I can.

Booked the mini bus to Stansted Airport but then 12 hours before pickup they call to say they have just worked out my pick up is outside London so have cancelled on me. This is despite them quoting the fare with the pickup address, and then this morning emailing want final confirmation of the pickup.
Being a minibus hire they are a lot harder to arrange than a simple cab. Very poor service and if they do not pick up outside london why does their website allow you to enter address they do not collect from.
