The driver arrived on time and he was very kind. The whole journey was exceelent.

I arrived at Victoria Coach Station and had a call from Cheetah advising the car rego, make of car and that the driver would be there in a few minutes

The car arrived on time and the driver took a quick route to my destination. The online booking process was simple and quick and I had the opportunity pay in advance online which also was useful.

Brilliant service. Driver was there half an hour early but just waiting until the time I had asked for. Good car, very friendly driver and reasonable price. Good communications throughout. Perfect.

Car came 1 0minutes late which was not a major problem but Cheetah should have called to tell me he was running late.

Also no online tracking of his arrival was made

The dispatch and customer service was terrible. They said the car would be 20 min late and the driver ended up being 25 minutes late. This is unacceptable for a car service under any circumstances. When a family is traveling internationally, it’s even more frustrating and unprofessional.

After having called up several airport transfer companies I decided to go for this one. I honestly wasn’t expecting much as it was significantly cheaper than the other ones. However, I cannot even put in words the service that I received today. The flight was delayed and it took ages for the luggage to come out. The driver Munir was communicating with me throughout and parked right outside the exit so that my elderly mum didn’t have walk far to the incredible minivan that was waiting for us. We didn’t have to do anything, the lovely driver put all the suitcases in and out of the van for us and even offered to take them straight to the front of the door. I cannot recommend this company enough, I am truly blown away with the service I received today. Thank you for the most pleasant journey ever Munir!
