The dispatch and customer service was terrible. They said the car would be 20 min late and the driver ended up being 25 minutes late. This is unacceptable for a car service under any circumstances. When a family is traveling internationally, it’s even more frustrating and unprofessional.

Our drive was wonderful, friendly, and safe.

Jalal exceeded expectations by coming to find us even though I put in the wrong phone number. He was very personable and kind. Thanks for the great trip!

After having called up several airport transfer companies I decided to go for this one. I honestly wasn’t expecting much as it was significantly cheaper than the other ones. However, I cannot even put in words the service that I received today. The flight was delayed and it took ages for the luggage to come out. The driver Munir was communicating with me throughout and parked right outside the exit so that my elderly mum didn’t have walk far to the incredible minivan that was waiting for us. We didn’t have to do anything, the lovely driver put all the suitcases in and out of the van for us and even offered to take them straight to the front of the door. I cannot recommend this company enough, I am truly blown away with the service I received today. Thank you for the most pleasant journey ever Munir!

Driver was brilliant not one bad thing to say about him but 170 pounds for 2 taxis is a bit much was supposed to be 90 then at the last minute added a wembley and pick up at hotel fee of 32.20 each way wasn't even that busy and its free to pick up at the hotel bit ridiculous but again that's the greedy company drive was first class

easy to book online. helpful staff when I called to double check timing and to confirm the booking. I really appreciated the confirmation email and texts on the day. We had 2 journeys - to and from the theatre. both drivers were polite, helpful and arrived in good time. They were particularly kind to my elderly mother.

Abandoned by Cheetah cars. My 9 month old, 10 yr old, grandsons, my daughter, son-in law and myself at Heathrow Airport. In spite of having received full payment for our return journey home week before.
Our flight from Madrid was delayed. I contacted Cheetah Cars on landing at approx 14:15. Was told my car was 5 mins away. Called again. Told car was 15 mins away. Yes now further away. At approx 15:30 over an hour after landing with baby, child family with buggy suitcases etc. driver found behind a pillar holding my name on his phone. Was asked what was I doing and told he had been waiting since 13:00!! He then walked off across busy airport road. We followed he gets into the lift turns and says “sorry I can’t take you.” He gets out of the lift completely abandoning my entire family knowing we’d paid to be transported home. I reported the incident the evening we arrived home. Was promised a full refund. This still has NOT been paid. This incident took place on 29 June 26. This shocking lack of care and safety of passengers was reported yet the company have done nothing to apologise or resolve. They haven’t even bothered to respond to my email detailing the traumatising event.
Be Warned!! Especially if you’re travelling with babies and small children.

Booked a car for Heathrow T5. Selected drop-off from their menu that stated London Heathrow T5. On way to T5 driver said drop-off will not be at T5 departure but instead will be nearby. If wanted to be dropped at departure I had to pay cash gbp12 extra. No choice but to pay. He would not even take credit card. After I fedback company explained that the drop off I chose was the Holiday Inn but this was not stated in their drop down menu. Company agreed out of goodwill to refund the gbp12 via my credit card after 48 working hours. After repeated emails n no further reply from the company I still have not received the refund. The company should ensure that the drop down menu clearly includes T5 departure drop-off .
Because they agreed to refund I was not going to give a poor rating. But after agreeing to refund but not honoring it trust in this company no longer there n hence rated poor.

Good timing on both ends of the journey. Top driver. Highly recommended

Karshid and all other Cheetah drivers I’ve used for a few years are all polite and good drivers. They are all very prompt to collect passengers at pick up time at home. They’re the best company and don’t charge ridiculous amounts.

We used Cheetah Cars to pick us up from Wembley after a concert. They were helpful and friendly from start to finish and provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend!

The service provided to us was outstanding. The driver arrived and was waiting for us at our hotel 10 minutes early. Took some time to research the best traffic route for our trip to Heathrow terminal 4 and reached out destination ahead of schedule.
