Warning: avoid Jewels Airport Transfers if you value professionalism over extortion. After an exhausting 9.5-hour flight, our driver showed up late, loaded our three bags, and only as we were driving off said they wouldn’t have fit in a saloon — then demanded extra payment.

Attempts to resolve the issue were met with argumentative behaviour and aggressive, intimidating body language, making what should have been a simple transfer unnecessarily stressful. At one point, he pulled over at a gas station and walked away to call the office, leaving us to try and repack the luggage ourselves.

If you’re booking from Gatwick or Heathrow, be aware that luggage issues may not be handled professionally. I will not use this service again.

Got taxi’s from Kent to Gatwick. Lovely guy named Mr Khan to the airport. Kind and friendly. Helped us with our bags, excellent driver and the same can be said for the lovely Umar.

Jewel Transfers made it easy to plan and organize our stops in the London area. We had a great experience, with the 4 star rating being because 2 out of the 3 drivers were a little bit late. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

I had exceptional service with Aabid. I realized the morning of my flight that I needed to change airports. The process of booking with Jewels was painless. I thought the pricing was fair as well. Aabid texted me while I was on my flight to let me know where to be, which was nice. He tracked my flight and asked for updates. He got me to the new airport safely and as quickly as he could and I made my flight with a bit of extra time to spare. There was water in the car as well which was a nice touch. I felt very safe the whole time as the service was professional. I would use this service again and highly recommend Aabid.

Polite and Punctual Driver, excellent quality car

After a long flight, we booked Jewels airport transport to take us home from Heathrow. The driver was there before we had our bags, notifying is that he was already in place waiting. The driver was courteous, polite and a truly professional driver. We felt very safe with him driving.
