Due to high demand at the time of your order, your bottle was dispatched from our international warehouse to avoid further delays and ensure faster delivery.

Regarding the leak, our process is to troubleshoot first and, if the issue cannot be resolved, offer a replacement base. This is the appropriate remedy under our policy. Refunds are not offered once a bottle has been filled and used, which is standard for this type of product.

While the outcome may not have been what you were hoping for, we did offer a replacement solution in line with our warranty policy and maintained communication throughout.

We did replace the leaking base on one bottle, and we understand the frustration with the damaged charging cable on the second. Our warranty policy covers one replacement item per order, and we do stand by that policy to ensure fairness and consistency across all customers. We’re sorry if that wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.

We also couldn’t approve a return after the cable had been altered, as modified items fall outside warranty conditions. We understand this situation has been disappointing, but we’re committed to following our policies as clearly and consistently as possible.
