I bought some gel from this company but they charged me twice. I only received one pack. Once i then contacted them about it, rather than refund me they sent another pack out which was not what i asked for!! Scam company, i am now £67 out of pocket

Still waiting after three weeks ..no email or tracking. Complained and told its list in transit! Cnt comment on product but wnt use again

The product and any reply has not received finally.

I placed the order on November 10th, but as of today, November 30th, there has been absolutely no shipping notification. Even after emailing them, I have received no reply.

Fortunately, since I paid via PayPal, I may expect a refund, but this company is a complete scam.

Please be careful not to order from them.
It was a completely waste of time and money.

I ordered 44 carbamide peroxide to use in my own custom trays, not sure where the negative reviews come from especially on delivery, sorry but I'm in UK and it took less than a week so in my eyes usa to UK in less than a week is excellent. as for these stating it dint work. well i can't comment on that yet but if I'm able to I'll update this review in a week n give a honest opinion on if it works or not. IV bought this as my shade is b2 n id like better, IV used 6% hydration peroxide but it's a 2 hour a time thing and i just don't have the time so used it fur a week n my dentist who charged me £400 states I'm a shade whiter but I'm apprehensive cuz don't see the difference.. anyway I'll try this for a week n update this review if i can do with a honest review... for those who say it's made no difference I'm very disappointed. as I know this should work unless your teeth are moody n black lol... anyway untill next time. good quick delivery. silly syringes but sense should allow better use next time ay...

Purchased the 45% strength gels, thinking they would definitely work, and they promise to whiten teeth after just 15 minutes, but they have not made my teeth any whiter after several 1 hour sessions. All this gel has done is burnt and irritated my gums and also made my upper lip swell up. Also, the syringes are designed very poorly so that when you take off the cap the hole is too big and too much gel comes out. How hard is it to design decent syringes. Finally, took forever to arrive. Total waste of money, this. Do not buy from them.

Very dissatisfied, I ordered the 35%but was burning my gums and leaving them with white marks on. There is no doubt it will whiten your teeth, if you can’t stand the pain and put up with sore gums.
I did not overfill the trays, but difficult due to the size of the siringe. I won’t be purchasing this anymore !

I don't understand why people have marked so low on here. I think the product is as good as the professional stuff you get from your UK dentist. At a fraction of the price. Yes it may take a while to arrive. But that's expected.

I wasn't happy with the result so returned the products. It took long time to get refund and they didn't give me the full refund. I contacted them few times over a month and they told me that they charges a spoilage charge 20%.
They charge high shipping fee, the return postage fee has to be paid by customers and they take the spoilage fee from the refund.
It's not worth the price for the product and they are not good at responding quickly, very disappointing. I definitely don't recommend to purchase the product especially from oversea.

The product arrived in damaged package, after several weeks.
The gel smells of pure bleach and it has burnt my gums and inside mouth after 1 use, used minimum amount of gel too as quite cautious.
Contacted company on several occasions reporting the problem, with no response…
Would definitely not recommend at all.

I placed an order 6 days ago, the payment was taken straight from my account, However, I am yet to receive any confirmation. I have attempted communication 3 times through your “contact us” section online, i have had no response.

I have order previously with yourselves and was very straight forward, which is why I returned as a customer. Going forward I would not choose your site or recommend.

Tracking no does not work and have messaged company numerous times with no reply.

Still not received after 3 weeks of waiting It is still pending and hasnt left the shipping company. Why????

Ordered the item over 4 weeks ago still waiting. had a couple of updates from customer service but since the last 2 weeks no one has updated me I am now finding the customer service very poor especially when I took out an insurance for postage which was recommend by the company

Ordered in the middle of May and it still hasn’t arrived.
I have emailed to asks or information but have received no reply. Was warned deliveries might be late because of the virus but this is worrying.
