DO NOT USE.
I ordered the strips that claim to be 12% peroxide. I have used the 2 week course and no change. There is no mention of the peroxide levels on the box or the strip packet so that made me suspicious. The strips do not match the box they came in, also suspicious, and a sticker saying 'expertwhite' has been just stuck onto each strip packet. I peeled the sticker off and did an image search of the strip packet and it came back with a company who produce PEROXIDE FREE STRIPS. I personally do not believe the strips are as advertised and I personally do not believe they contain 12% peroxide. They made zero difference to my teeth.

The product and any reply has not received finally.

I placed the order on November 10th, but as of today, November 30th, there has been absolutely no shipping notification.
Even after emailing them, I have received no reply.

Fortunately, since I paid via PayPal, I may expect a refund, but this company is completely scam.

Please be careful not to order from them. It was a completely waste of time and money.

J'étais un peu sceptique en commandant au vue des commentaires négatifs et au final tout s'est très bien déroulé pour moi

I ordered from their website clearly targeted at the Japanese market, however, the package was withheld at customs and I was required to attend a customs office in another city to explain what was in the package before it would be released.

Obviously I wasn't going to do that, on attempting to contact the company via their online contact us form, the form fails to send.

Strongly recommend not ordering this product from outside the US.

J’ai passé commande le 4 septembre et je l’ai reçue le 15. Le service client par mail (service@expertwhitening.c om) m’a répondu rapidement et a pris le temps de me fournir le numéro de suivi dès l’expédition. Les gens sont simplement trop impatients…
PS : Les produits sont vraiment de très bonne qualité !

è una truffa, non ordinate

J’ai placé une commande 53506 le 2 juin 2025, et le 16 juin, toujours rien reçu !!! Aucune nouvelle ! Le tracking number est inutile ! Plus de trace après le 10 juin ! Le formulaire de contact du site ne fonctionne pas ! Le mail de contact non plus ! Ça ressemble à une belle arnaque !!!

Ho fatto un ordine, pagato 84,07 euro, dal 14 marzo non hanno inviato nulla.
Nonostante abbia scritto più volte, non hanno mai risposto.
E' una truffa !!!

Followed up by email three times on our order. Been 6 weeks since order placed. Refund is required and absolutely zero response.

I placed an order and received a cancellation email because they don’t ship to my address. I never received a refund and have they are not responding to my emails.

My money was basically stolen.

After reading all the negative reviews I thought I just wasted money and wouldn’t receive my product
However …. 3 weeks after ordering my product arrived … and works well.

Je comprend juste pas la différence de prix entre le prix de la commande et le montant débité .. la conversion dollars euros est étrange...

It is a scam company, they took the money and did not send any confirmation email, also they don’t answer the phone calls, so all in all would not give them 1 star if it would be possible! Stay away from this company!!!

The app of our B Post (Belgium) states that they have delivered my package but I have not received anything. I contacted them but they said I had to contact the sender. I don't think this is okay. This is already the second problem! I hope that you know where my package is and that it is not lost and that you can find me a solution here!!MY TRACKNUMBER LZ640124044US
