First gun did not turn on. Got a replacement and that one did not turn on either even after 24 Hr charge and customer service will not respond.THis is a horrific company.DO not buy!!

Horrific Customer Service
I've been going back and forth with this company because the package I received never came with a charger. I asked for them to replace it and after a string of emails that genuinely made no sense they sent me a link to purchase a new charger. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very bad experience.
I was able to charge the gun only once before it did not charge again and now has become a doorstop. Customer support was terrible as their response time was very slow and not customer focused in my opinion. I would opt for a different option and avoid this device as my overall experience with the company and the exogun itself was terrible.
EXOGUN IS A SCAM

Over thirty days and 30 emails, still no refund or replacement, just empty promises. They will promise you a replacement and never send it, read all the reviews of people this had happened too and do not buy. Reporting as fraud to FTC and credit card company. DO NOT BUY THIS IS EITHER A FAKE PRODUCT OR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/WARRANTY WORK EVER

Worked for one full charge, which after reading a few reviews makes me feel lucky it worked at all. It no longer hold a charge nor does it even turn on. I’ve been email their customer service team for weeks and all I’m getting is the run around. I most recently sent a video of the product not turning on after charging for 6-8 hours. I feel swindled out of $150 and after reading some of the reviews I’m now realizing nothing will come of my attempts to get a replacement of my money back. This company and the Exogun are a total SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE! I hope this review saves at least one person from buying this trash.

Do yourself a favor and do not purchase ANYTHING from this site. Not only did they send me a total dud weeks ago, when I sent in the malfunctioning exogun, they never replaced or resent the product and now are unresponsive when i try to request a refund. I am now out $150+ and their total lack of customer service has been appalling. I would 100% take your money elsewhere!
Terrible Company
I ordered my exogun in November and it still hasn’t arrived by the end of Jan. They have been giving me the run around for a month. Poor communication and customer service. Avoid this company and buy something more reputable. Requesting a refund.
Won’t charge, BAD customer service!
After its initial charge wore off, I learned that the device would not charge. Customer service has been terrible. It took them a week to respond once, then 2 days or more every other time. No resolution.
Product arrived broken - Still awaiting replacement
I echo the sentiments of people on here talking about getting a faulty machine that won't hold a charge and just shuts off, having to send it back at mostly my expense ($15 nowhere near covers it), taking forever to receive a new one (still waiting for the replacement and I started this process in November...). Get the feeling the business model is sell a faulty product and delay delay delay and hope people forget about replacing it.
Anyone else find it odd that most of the positive reviews on here are all people based in Australia a few days apart leaving 5 stars mainly with cats/dogs as profile pictures?
Do NOT buy from Exogun- BEWARE
Purchased before we moved to the Rockies to ski, hike and bike. DO NOT BUY FROM EXOGUN, IF YOU DO - EXPECT ZERO SUPPORT WITH ANY ISSUES- AMONG THE WORST COMPANIES IVE EVER PURCHASED ANY PRODUCT FROM, EVER. My unit didn’t hold a charge and all I’ve requested was a replacement battery, unit or charger and Exogun just drags out anything for as long as possible with emails, request for videos, suggestions, etc. I’m 5 weeks into the process with a useless unit and no closer to knowing if I’ll receive a replacement. This is a bad company, do not buy this product or beware you’re totally on your own.

I am changing from 1 star to 3 because they at least responded. I did receive an email last week saying they were very understaffed in the customer service dept. then another email today saying how they were going to make it right. Hopefully within a week or so I can change it to 4 or 5 stars if they come through with fixing the problem.
I seem to be having the same problems as other reviews I have seen lately. I purchased this for my husband for Christmas, in early December. I received the Exogun the week after Christmas. After reading the 1 page instructions it says to plug in for 6 hours before use. I plug it in and the charger pops and won't work. I contact Exogun Support to let them know the problem and see what the next step is to get a new charger. I was answered pretty quickly asking me to send a video of the charge, plugging the Exogun in and the charge after a few hours. I did what they asked and sent in a video, after 4 days I still had no response. I followed up with another email and was asked for another video, at this point I have had a non-working Exogun for 2 weeks and tell them I understand they have protocol but its JUST A CHARGER. No response again. My husband also emails them, he tells them he as tried every phone # on their website with no answer. He gets a response from the support person saying they are sending a replacement Exogun. He asked for any tracking info, no response. I still haven't gotten a response from my last email from January 7. I just need a charger so I can use this massager. I hope someone at Exogun sees this and helps me.
Dead on arrival, but potentially being dealt with...
Same as a couple of reviewers below. Device arrived (after me bugging for a delivery date - stung for $45 import duty, expected, but worth mentioning). It was DOA. Nothing happens at all when I plug the charger in. Nada. Asked by customer service to leave it on charge for 24 hours. I did. Still nothing.
They then asked me to send a video of 'the problem', so I did, even though my video was of "nothing happening", because... nothing happens!
Now they are saying the unit is probably faulty and I need to send it back at my expense (although they will reimburse up to $15 if the unit is accepted as faulty)... Sending devices containing Lithium batteries internationally (I am in the UK) is a minefield and will cost me at least $45 if I can find a carrier who will take it, not to mention I will no doubt be stung for import duty on the replacement unit for another $45. Customer service have now gone radio silent on me.
Not really sure what to do next on this one... risk sending back for all the extra fees and hope a new one works? Or just cut my losses...
My advice would be 'avoid at all costs' I'm afraid.
Worth noting that I am reasonably technically minded, I have tested the charger and that seems to be working fine, so the problem is with the device/battery.
UPDATE: 20th January 2021
Changed from 1 to 3 Stars for now, purely because Customer Support are being helpful. They have finally been back in touch and agreed to send me out a new device without me sending the old one back, which seems more than fair. However I will reserve judgement until I have the second item in hand. Only fair that I come back and update when that happens. Watch this space.
Eventually agreed to send me a free replacement. Although after a couple of months of use, that has stopped working.
