My first gun did not turn on. 5 days for a customer service responce, and another 5 days for the follow-up. Still don't have a working product. Horrible customer service and quality. DO not buy!! Find another brand. SERIOUSLY... Stop.

First gun did not turn on. Got a replacement and that one did not turn on either even after 24 Hr charge and customer service will not respond.THis is a horrific company.DO not buy!!

I’ve had my exogun for a while now. It’s just an okay product but for the price, I guess it’s not bad. My charging cable stopped working a while back so eventually I bought a replacement off their site. When it arrived, the cord didn’t fit the gun. They explained to me that the one I have is an older model and they don’t carry that cord anymore. No where on the website does it indicate that there are older versions or different generations of the product, not even the in the FAQ section. The cost of the cord was about half the price of just buying a whole new set. Had I known about the cord issue I would have just bought a whole new one. When asking for a refund they told me that shipping would be at my own expense and upon return they will deduct the shipping cost they paid to send it on their end - essentially it would cost me more money to send back the cord for a refund. I find this to be terrible customer service and feel I am being penalized for purchasing a product on their site without the proper and relevant information about it being visable ANYWHERE on the site. I’ve tried contacting them several times after their email and they have not responded at all - ignoring my emails. So, since I can’t actually leave a review on their site or anywhere else, I will leave one here and hope it helps someone out in the future. I would recommend saving up and buying a reputable brand

We bought a massage gun which was delivered not working. The massage gun doesn't turn on.

Support was contacted 2 times and for 20 days we have no reply.

It looks like a total scam

they don't provide any support for their older products - a replacement recharger for a product only a year old is no longer available and they don't offer any help

A total con!!! Do not buy!!! Mine never worked, not once and absolutely no support or help. No response from anyone in exogun. Made out like it was coming from EU but soon discovered it came from China. No one to call, no reply to emails. DO NOT TRUST

This gun stinks. I used it 3x and the battery won’t hold a charge. I should have listened to the negative reviews. There is way better for less and I would never recommend this company or their products. Waste of money

Doesn't charge properly without having to strap the charge plug into the machine, so it very sketchy and doesn't give me any confidence. They promised me a discount and a new unit. Didn't get the discount and, the new one was just as useless as the first. The charge goes from 80% to flat in about 4 minutes, maybe 30 mins per charge, which is poor. Sadly, this seems to be one of those ultra cheap pieces of rubbish sold on the net, pretending to be a quality item. How are there not advertising standards that need to be reached when on YouTube etc? It's a piece of garbage

Using the Exogun after the gym is the best thing I have ever experienced. I bought this product last week. And since then, I have been using it regularly. It really helped a lot in relieving my muscular pains. Great Product!
