Sent out three different massage guns none of which would charge. When I told them I didn’t want a 4th gun sent out I just wanted a refund they told me they don’t have a refund policy and couldn’t help me. Sent more emails only to get the same automated response asking question about things iv answered in emails previously. Lawful customer service, whole thing seems a scam definitely wouldn’t trust it. Iv gave up trying to get a refund.

As a follow up to an earlier review, it is obvious that exogun is a SCAM because they still don’t care to respond after bad review here or anywhere. I even notified them about my reviews in hopes they would rectify that they never sent me new exogun after having returned mine that never worked. THEY JUST WANT TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY BEFORE THEIR REPUTATION CATCHES UP WITH THEM!

Exogun never worked upon arrival and the customer service just keeps giving me the run around trying to avoid replacing. Buy a theragun instead. Worst customer service/experience ever! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Have not received a replacement for the defective one they initially sent me. Has been more than 2 months. No refund. Only get the run around from the “help desk”, with them telling me it’s about to ship. Don’t buy. STAY AWAY!

Took about 8-10 weeks to arrive, coming into the U.K. That was a pain but forgiveable, even though I had to pay for the international shipping.

The real pain was that the thing was just too temperamental! When it worked, it felt fine. But it was hit and miss. The charge visual sometimes spat out random numbers and it eventually just refused charging.

Total waste of time and money. I’ve just bought a different version somewhere else for the same cost and it’s already far superior.

I’d sincerely avoid this product. Maybe I got a dud, who knows.

I've had an overall bittersweet experience with Exogun.

The product stopped working where it refused to turn on after some time of no use.

Customer service was acceptable and they honored their one year warranty by sending a FREE replacement and partially refunding 10% as a good will gesture.
I initially requested a refund but they said they didn't have a refund policy in place for faulty units, which is a shame, but hopefully something that can be addressed in the future.

As for the product itself, upon comparing and analysing with the bigger well known brands out there, for the price and what you get, it's a darn good buy!
For the price and offering, I don't think anything comes close. The quality is also exceptional.

A few improvements that could be made:
1. Sturdier carrying box - feels thin and flimsy
2. Charging adapters specific to country - had to purchase an adapter to charge. Would be useful if the correct charger was added depending on country of shipping
3. Customer service could be a bit quicker at response (but overall not too bad)

Good points
1. Great hand grip and angle - not too big/thick, and angle allows to target certain areas better without putting too much strain on the wrist
2. Six speed options are very useful as you can target muscles at different pressures and speeds
3. Battery life is exceptional, and last for several hours, so no need to charge every single time (dependent on use)

Would I use this product compared to cheaper alternatives? Yes

Would I purchase this product again? Probably yes

Would I recommend it to people? Depending on your budget, if you want a smaller outlay, yes... however if you want a well established brand that has a big following and reputation which puts you at ease, then perhaps look elsewhere

After waiting several months to receive the exogun, I contacted their customer support and was told to communicate with the carrier service. When I contacted the carrier service, I was told to communicate with the Exogun company. I then contacted Exogun again. After contacting them, the Exogun arrived several weeks later. Upon receiving the Exogun, it was placed on the charger per the directions received. After being on the charger for 24 hours, the Exogun was not fully charged and would not hold a charge. Even with the charged plugged in, it would not increase in battery strength. After being used for a few minutes, the Exogun quit working and will not turn on. I contacted customer support and was asked if I have the old charger. I responded that I just received the Exogun and did not know if an old charger was sent with my new purchase. I have been in communication with the Exogun support via email over 10 times. With each communication, they will not provide me with the address to send the product back to in order to receive a refund. I attempted to call the customer support phone number on their website and after going through the automated system, was very rudely told by the person who answered that the phone number on the Exogun website was incorrect. I could hear another support person talking in the background. Then the person hung up on me as I was trying to talk to him.

Do not buy this product. You will be throwing away your money and giving yourself a headache trying to communicate with a company that does not care about it’s customers. The company does not stand by it’s product and will not give a refund. Their customer support is not supportive. I thought that I was buying a quality product from a reputable company, obviously I was wrong.

While the gun maybe good, it does not work for long.
Attempting to get the gun replaced is weeks of e-mails as Exogun does not publish a telephone number to talk with anyone. After I received my replacement gun (which was a remodeled gun), I again had to replace that gun and am currently going through weeks of wasted time to try and get a second replacement gun. This company is VERY AWFUL. Stay away.

I DO NOT recommend this product at all! I received my first device mind you a month after ordering it and the 4th time I used the device it broke. After going back and forth they finally agreed to send me a second device but only after they received the first. Another month later I finally received the replacement device and it has never worked from day one. Now I have been going back and forth for another month with them and still don't have a working device and they refuse to give me 100% refund. This product isn't worth a penny and their customer service is awful!

Would give zero stars if I could. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. The EXACT same thing happened to me. The exogun won't charge and when it did at first, it only worked for a minute. Contacted support and they told me to send a video of it not working and to send the defective unit back and they would send me a replacement. I shipped it back. Now they are ghosting me. The contact number is fake and doesn't actually lead to exogun. This is obviously a scam. All the positive reviews are from AU (Australia). If you don't believe me, call the contact number on the exogun website. Obviously fake! $100+ to the trash!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. This seems to be a classic story:
1- place order
2- receive the gun and it doesn't charge
3- contact customer service (with a video as proof)
4- they say they'll ship out another immediately and it will arrive within 1 calendar week
5- a week later nothing. I follow up. Now they'll only send a replacement after they receive the broken one
6- I had told them from the beginning that I was moving, so time was short. Now there was no time to receive a replacement
7- they still want me to ship back the broken one (as a favor to them I suppose) but they'll provide no return packaging. I have to pay for that myself
8- I have to wait for my hard-earned money until they receive the garbage back that they sent to me
9- they tell you they're issuing a partial refund, but that refund never shows up in your account

Avoid this company like the plague.

What a joke!!! Horrible customer service!!!! Horrible product. It shuts off. Wont turn on. You charge it over night. Works for a few minutes. Customer service doesn't want to deal with their bad product!!! Stay away!!!

Bought exogun in January 2021 and it never charged properly. Contacted them and they requested a video of me trying to charge it. Sent it to them and they said it was defective and they would send me a new one ASAP and emailed a fedex return label. Sent the defective one to them and it’s now been two weeks and the replacement never arrived. Have sent two follow-up emails that they have not responded to. Would not recommend. UPDATE: it’s now been two weeks since I posted this and I have yet to receive a tracking number or be notified of a status. UPDATE #2. It is now nearing the end of May and I have yet to receive confirmation that a replacement has been shipped or even what the status is. Steer clear of this company and product. I have demanded my money back and threatened legal action. DO NOT BUY AN EXOGUN! Here it is June 2021 and I have yet to receive a refund nor a exogun. They are now telling me that once they ship it, it is out of their hands. What a bunch of crap. I am turning into a one man wrecking crew against this scam company called exogun. Don’t waste your money. June 15, 2021; they sent me the majority of my money back but not all of it. I still strongly suggest you look for alternative devices vs purchasing the “phantom” exogun.

The gun itself self struggled a bit to get going, but was fine once it did. Less than a years worth of use & it stopped charging. I emailed for support, they asked me to mail it back to them. I did so, however I moved from the time I first ordered it. I gave them the new address & about 2 weeks went by & I never heard anything. I emailed again to make sure they received my return & when the confirmed I sent a follow up email to double check the return address. They said the new address was already noted.
Unfortunately they still shipped it to the old address & are now asking me “can you just see if the people will send it to you? Sorry about that!”
I live in an entirely different state & don’t even know the people at my old address.
Will update if they make this situation right but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen that way.
A massage gun that worked for less than a year & despite returning the product, I now have nothing but an email thread of lies. Their customer service department could really use some help

Update: upgrading from 1-star to 3-stars. I did receive responses from Customer Service. They sent me a FedEx Label so that I could return the non-working unit. I’m told I will receive a new unit within the next week. If the new Exogun proves to work well over time, I’ll update this review again.

Original: Worked for one charge cycle only. Customer service is terrible. No response to voice mails, and Email from website is non functioning. I feel I was taken. Don’t Buy!!!!!!

SCAM! It worked for one charge and now it doesn’t work anymore despite trying everything there is! Even emailed the company and they didn’t seem bothered giving me a ridiculous reply of “turning if off and on and trying to charge again”! Please don’t buy from this brand.

Highly recommended massager. I'll purchase another one as a gift to my friend Thanks Exogun!
