On both occasions the communication and the implementation of the Delivery and Collection of Mattresses was expertly down. The Guys were always polite and considerate in completing the tasks quickly and carefully. Thank you

My suite was being delivered on the Monday. I received a text on the Friday to advise if the 2 hour time slot. On the Monday, the delivery men called me 20 mins before delivery to advise of their arrival. They arrived within time. Normally the suite is delivered and left in middle of floor but the delivery men put my suite together and took away all of the packaging. The delivery men were extremely nice and friendly! A great service and a happy customer.

Collection of my sofa,and chair and then delivered back.
On time within time frame and a call prior to arrival as promised.
Both staff were polite and friendly. Unwrapped and took away protective sheets.

Smooth delivery service. I was kept fully updated with delivery time information. The staff delivering the sofas were extremely helpful and courteous. Service from the drivers was top notch.

Polite, efficient delivery team. All communication great prior to delivery and we were pleased Executive Home Delivery could change our delivery date when our plans unexpectedly changed. All packaging removed for recycling. Lovely service as usual!

I found the 2 people that delivered my couch & chairs very helpful, also they arrived before scheduled time slot,and quick at preforming there job, overall very pleased.

Delivery guys went above and beyond to make sure I got my sofa in place on the first delivery. I have a very difficult to reach address but they tried everything possible to reach me (eventually with success). Thanks a lot!

Ben and Danny were fantastic and friendly. I'm knocking off one star as they weren't trained properly regarding how to assemble the Furl sofa bed. If the Furl folks had trained the Exec Home Delivery team, that would have made it a full 5-star job.

Amazing service, great communication from getting told the delivery slot, to a call from the guys to say they were 10 mins away. They were very polite and professional, delivered and put sofa in situ where we wanted, took away all the packaging and gave excellent customer service - thank you

Delivery driver telephoned, as promised, before arrival. Both delivery men were polite, helpful in explaining regarding the sofas purchased. They assembled the sofas quickly and cleared up afterwards. Would have no qualms using again if required.

Delivered on the day and within the time frame that had been arranged. Courteous friendly drivers delivered my order, unwrapped sofas and took away all wrapping etc afterwards. After being let down twice by a different delivery company it was so nice to have a company that were so professional. Can highly recommend.

Delivery timescale was a bit long but i must say it was worth every week of waIting. Delivery guys were 100% and very helpful. They kept in touch right up to 15 minutes before delivery. I would buy from dfs again but im so in love with my sofa that i will have this one for ever

Notified by text of delivery date and could track van progress. Phone call 15 minutes ahead of delivery was helpful too.

Was a bit worried after seeing mixed reviews online about the deliveries but the guys were brilliant. After 2 damaged sideboards delivered from Next I opted to try somewhere new and for much cheaper. Ben and Daniel delivered and done a great job. Thanks
