Have been with Excite for a couple of…
Have been with Excite for a couple of months now, am still getting use to you web site . Is very different from what I am use too
But getting there, is very hard to understand where to find things and I usually end up hitting what I don't know and end up going off my account and end having to long in again. Your Employees are wonderful and helpful but there always short handed and not spend enough time or are rushing things. In their defense I am 82 years old and things take a little longer to get there.

Excite gas been a great Experience from the day I opened my account. When I messed up they had my back and that I sincerely appreciate. I applied for refi my home loan
I applied for refi my home loan, over 3-4 months no response from your loan department even ask me to open account with excite.
as a courtesy response qualified or not qualify. no response, that is bad service.
i dont want to write bad things for people but you ask for my opinion.
