Joined Excite Credit Union to be able to refinance our home through your CU. Due to an extreme lack of communication, the loan never happened. Without my knowledge, the interest rate lock was extended once, with a second extension in effect. Then it expired prior to funding and recording. Not a great experience !

We worked with Excite recently and have to say that I am very impressed with how fast the team is and how approachable everyone is. They made our entire experience very smooth. I strongly recommend Excite to everyone whether you are looking for a loan or a savings account.

Excite gave me an opportunity that no other bank would consider. After experiencing an identity theft issue, I was left seemingly without any hope to achieve financial freedom. Now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Karen was very helpful in assisting me on my auto loan . She gave me the approval and all the requirements right away. We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I deposited money into my account and had a positive balance but then I checked my account before my payday and they put three $29 overdraft fees on my account when it wasn’t Overdrawn I am so frustrated and disappointed and I’m closing this account as of today. All other Banks are getting rid of overdraft fees but they are sneaking them in.

When i opened my account everything went excelent, but i downloaded the app in my cellphone to control my account and many many days have passed and you have not approved me. That sucks!

Friendly staff, great rate on savings, but I never received starter checks or debit card for my checking account; must go to the branch, as telephone call did not fix the problem.
