Moving from a distance as first-time buyers was challenging, but Nicoleta was always cheerful, flexible with appointments, and incredibly supportive. She genuinely went the extra mile and helped us secure our dream home. Highly recommended!

I have had such a poor service from the other main agents in Long Eaton over the years, that I reached out to Ewe move to restore my faith. They did not disappoint.

1) From the very first visit (with Danielle) I was assured that they could actively 'sell' my home with every viewing as opposed to simply 'showing me round' like most agents do.

2) Communication was brilliant with a whats app group for my sale giving me the opportunity to ask questions and obtain updates. Superb.

3) Progressed my sale effectively and linked in brilliantly with my Solicitor.

All in all, would highly recommend EM above the other agents in Long Eaton. Unfortunately, a known agent in Long Eaton was used for my purchase and the difference in service was clear as day. they were 'average' and Ewe Move were brilliant.

I contacted Ewemove to ‘test’ the waters after checking out 2 local agents. Tom ( based in Barnstaple Devon) .. was lovely & had a fresh energy about him.
Got back to me promptly listened carefully & gave good advice.
I had really excellent photos done which showed the property to its fullest potential.
All the way through Tom sent updates to how things were going then was passed onto Chloe who liaised with me & my buyer making sure I knew what was going on even nudging me when to contact solicitors.
In what is generally known as the most stressful things we can do .. the whole team at Ewemove made it as straightforward as is possible!

We used EweMove again for the sale of our property. We bought the property 7 years ago and remembered the extra mile they went through for us then. We have not been disappointed with this decision. House sold within days for a good 'offers over' price. Debbi was always on hand, or got back to us when she could. Liaising with the buyers on our behalf. Great negotiator! She even managed to sort out our pieces of furniture with the buyers as we were moving to furnished property.

Josh was available out of hours and weekends to assist us with buying our first property. He was responsive and we never waited more than an hour for a WhatsApp messaged to be answered. He would regularly check in with us and the sellers to see where we were at to ensure he could do all he could to assist with a smooth sale. He even chased both solicitors on our behalf. After a very long and drawn out house move, due to being in quite a long chain, we finally got to move in just before the festive break. Without Diane's tenacity and chasing of solicitors up and down the chain, I'm sure it would have taken even longer.
