They have a call centre with some lovely people - which is the reason for the 2 stars - they're great. The letting agent appears to have an assistant who was slow to respond anyway but it seems impossible to connect to the agent himself. I appreciate it's a big company but I decided not to pursue a house let with them because I don't want the headache going forward.

We had Lewis and Catherine visit today for an initial valuation. They were both very approachable and friendly both before, and during the appointment. I had extensive questions and they were able to answer them all. It was clear from their presentation of comparison properties that they had clearly done their homework, but also they acknowledged there is a couple of things that make our home fairly unique, and therefore they factored these into our valuation.

They gave us plenty of time to discuss our questions and we didn't feel rushed. Catherine also followed up very swiftly afterwards with some further information by email. I have no doubt that I could feel confident in instructing Lewis and Catherine when we are ready to make that decision. Thank you both. We really appreciated your time and thoughtfulness of approach.

My daughter recently got in touch regarding a property she was interested in viewing. The person she spoke to (James) confirmed a time to view over the phone.
When she turned up no one was there, and later was told she should have had an email confirming this, which she was not told on the phone.
Despite numerous calls, no other date was offered, until a week later, at a time she could not attend. Other viewings took place with other clients and the property has now been sold. For an experience as a first time buyer, this is a shocking way to show how buying a place is done. It is disappointing as there was potential to have a sale a week earlier. We will not be recommending EweMove to others and will not use you again.

Great experience. Felt like they really cared and made a real effort to accomodate my viewing requests. They were also great in offering detailed information about the property and very accomodating. Looking for a house to buy is already a stressfull even, their non judgemental attitude and understanding made it easyer to made a decision that worked best for me. I would reccomend them if you want to sell but or buy one.
