Just finished being taken to LAX by Lucas. Couldn't have had a better experience. We asked for a 4:30 am pick-up and Lucas was even 10 minutes early. Took care of our luggage and got us checked in for our flight. Lucas was totally professional and accommodating. We have been burned before by car services not showing up or having flakey staff but Lucas was wonderful. Hope he's available to pick us up for our return flight. GREAT job.

This is the first time I have used EVX, I am impressed, their drivers are courteous, punctual and offer great customer service. Tim picked us up at LAX at 1100pm, he was their waiting with a cart for our luggage, took charge and handled it all. He got us home quickly and safely. The company communicates well in advance with all the information on pickup via text. No complaints .First class service
