They disappeared

I like that they were going to help me set up my utilities and such, but once I needed to cancel the utility install they were nowhere to be found. I emailed them twice and no response. They are very nice and helpful upfront and they say that they will assist you throughout the whole moving process, but it’s just to get you to sign up for things and then once they’ve done that- they are gone. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you just use them for the information and say that you’ll think about it and then at least you’ll have all of the information for the utilities in your area without having to sign up.

Call occurred when scheduled. William helped with setting up utilities, and making sure necessary applications were emailed to me.
