Evology Parking Omdömen 

We needed to park in order to use the toilet facilities, drove into the Thistle Hotel car park, noticed various ticket machines, but all turned off (private contractor, so won't even fund conversion to card/cashless payment, unlike local authorities do!?).
We tried to install the App as directed, on 2 different devices and network providers.... after many rebooting and going round in circles we hadn't realised we'd spent 20mins, so we gave up as no way to pay otherwise.....
Guess what?
Nice parking fine in the post after the holiday.

Parked at evology parking in abersoch, couldn’t pay by card, either cash or app only, app didn’t work, tried again during the day and when it finally worked wouldn’t let me pay for the actual time parking, only gave the option to pay at the time when the app worked which was massively more expensive. Would recommend no-one to use evology parking, terrible service and complete rip-off, company needs to be investigated.

This app is really bad. I havevit because I go to Arrow Park Hospital a lot. The first time it worked great. I parked entered the time I would be there and paid by card. The next time it wanted account details and just went round in circles. I had to walk the whole length of the hospital to pay and will have to do that from now on.

I tried to register with CPPPermits and evology at the start of last month. No luck because I could not get the login organised. I then have been given TWO parking tickets to stay minutes longer than the 90 minutes 'free' because I could not register my car with Evology for the free 5 hours my Sports Membership entitles me to, once officially registered.
Tried to register again, and Evology wanted to send me an activation code that never came. I emailed to ask for it on Thursday, Friday and just now. No response at all.
They seem to deliberately delay or prevent my registration. Would this be so that you can charge me more £80 parking tickets at will?
There is also the issue that Evology wants FULL credit card details, not just the long number. This gives them the right to take as much money off my card as often as they want. Unethical, and not standard practice when booking hotels etc, but at least hackers would have a field day.
Still waiting for my activation code, atrocious services, avoid if at all possible.

Overnight parking next to hotel. First night paid by card via ticket machine, £7.50 as shown on charges board. Second night, ticket machines not working had to download app to pay. Charged me £10.39. Tried to contact Evology but just get computer generated responses. Thieves.

I have tried all day to pay for parking without any success, I have tried on the app and at the machine spending at least an hour of my time and still I haven't been able to pay.

Be careful at these car parks its not simple its impossible.

I had issues with trying to pay for my parking online. I believed I paid through Apple Pay. Payment did not go through. I contacted customer services. They helped me sort things out as I had paid for the 16 hours. Thanks Kayleigh and the team for understanding through a difficult time.

Absolutely fuming. Tried to pay for parking using the Evology app - wouldn't accept my login, tried registering as new and got told my details were "already in use." Finally got in, only to be told I was in a "free period" and couldn't pay even if I wanted to. Attended my event, tried again - still showing as a free period. I knew that wasn't right.
Contacted Evology the very next day to flag the issue and that I wanted to pay. No help whatsoever.
A few days later, a parking fine lands from Parking Eye. I appealed with the full story. Declined.
So, let me get this straight - your app was broken, you were no help whatsoever when I reported it immediately, and I still get to pay the fine? What exactly am I supposed to do when your own system won't let me pay?? @Evology @ParkingEye sort this out. 🤬

I had to contact customer service because my payment didn’t go through and I was expecting a fine. Kayleigh was very helpful and sorted out the issue.

We need a zero stars option.
I parked and I tried to pay it continually rejected my efforts to pay. It said I had to pay before I left. But it was charging me more as time went on, staying longer only to pay! I ended up paying £1.35 more than I needed to because their app and customer service (with which I interacted in a nearly one-way discourse) is awful.
Only just over a quid extra? True, but multiply that up. Con-artists!

DO NOT PARK HERE. Park at your peril. I recently travelled from Stansted staying at the Radisson Blu hotel on a business meeting, I parked my car for 24 hours and on my return paid £43.00 which is steep, and pressed for a receipt. This was out of order. I rang the number on the payment meter for help and was told they couldn't help and the told me to email. There is no customer service number. Days later they responded and said they couldn't help me!
Because I couldnt get a receipt I have lost that money,

Autopay app does not work, signed up for autopay simply drive in and out it states, put credit on the account.
After using one of their car parks 14 dats later I recieved a PCN for £60.

When talking to Evology they say they do not own the car parks and that i would have to talk to the PCN provider, of whome say they have no control over the automated system that is evology and I had to pay.

Evology have taken over the car parks at Coventry walk in centre. They claim to work to ethical principles so when I received a PCN despite having in good faith purchased three separate tickets to cover my parking I assumed that, with evidence provided, it would be overturned on appeal. No, it turns out there are two separate car parks, for no discernible reason, so despite having selected the car park code I saw on the way into the centre, I was denied my appeal and subject to a fine. This is an evident scam and reason to gain additional money on top of fairly paid parking. It is unfortunate that the NHS has chosen to prioritise money making over patient care, once again.

1 hrs listed charge stated £1 but the electronic receipt showed £1.16 plus vat totalling £1.39 now that's quite a discrepancy.

I was driven to download this app after the machine at my local High Street Car Park in Wimborne refused to accept payment by credit card or by cash. I entered my details and attempted to pay the now inflated price on the app using my credit card. Nothing moved. Tried Google Pay, that didn't go either. Finally I noticed the small print at the top of the screen which read something like 'Auto Pay not available at this location'. I tried to take a screenshot, but it failed. I had no choice but to carry on without paying, as my number plate had already registered. On reaching home I followed the link advertised at the location for problems: evologyparking dotcom slash machine (had to remove the link to enable this to submit). This led nowhere. I already heard from other customers gathering around the machine that it is not possible to reach a human using the phone number provided. So I returned to the app to file a complaint. As soon as I added a photo in the complaints form, it crashed and returned to the blank form. UNBELIEVABLE! I am almost looking forward to the fine which I have no intention of paying.

The app downloaded was ok. The times set for the booking car park were incorrectly set on system to show BST - so I lost an hour of a 2-hour booking. In fairness after a number of calls with Arrowe Park Hospital and emails with Evology they sorted it out, and refunded me a part of the payment promptly

Tried parking at boxhill in Surrey had the app already set up but still took 30 mins to pay the app is shockingly bad. To log back In and reinstate your card details then keep crashing abdolute pony
