Why was I so worried. Thanks to Andrew's help and advice I now have my possession order. I have tried to do this myself in the past but it was so complicated, but for just a few hundred pounds the whole experience was stress free for me and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to friends in a similar situation. I have used this company for an eviction in Birkenhead. It has turned out to be a shambles .They are ok at the initial part but once it goes past the service of eviction they are expensive and in my case when the defendant apposed the claim they could not carry the case on as they are not solicitors.
My advice would be to start with a solicitor, it will be cheaper and less bother in the long run. I am now left with a tenant I cannot get rid of.

Today I had fantastic news, my second property eviction was granted for three individuals in my HMO property.

The first eviction which I was granted possession for went through smoothly and I got the property back a week ago, and today the judge granted possession for my other property where the tenants have been a nightmare to get rid of.

Even though I am a portfolio landlord this is the first time I have come across problematic tenants and I was quite clueless about the process.

The Oxford City Coucil tenant liaisons officer actually recommended Andrew to me, so I had no problems with approaching him. After also speaking to solicitors, Andrew was the only person to understand the situation as it wasn’t quite straight forward. And today we can see it is safe to say that he has a vast amount of knowledge in this field.
