Expertevictions Omdömen

Irene is an expert consultant with an efficient & professional approach and friendly way of being.

I would not hesitate to recommend her services HIGHLY as she has helped me out of a very challenging circumstance recently especially post legal changes that have been challenging for many landlords. Thanks so much Irene!

Irene was professional and helpful all through the process.
I would throughly recommend her!

A superb service with great depth of knowledge giving valuable advice at a fraction of the solicitors costs.
Thank you Irene for the peace of mind and being a trusted service for landlord's and agents!

I can highly recommend using Irene at Expert Evictions. She was responsive and her knowledge of the whole eviction process was outstanding. Irene helped with a section 21, and a court notice with Bailiffs on a 2 bed flat, which if you’ve ever had to go through evicting a tenant that won’t leave your property
can be very complex and stressful, but with Irene’s expertise she made this very easy and was always available for any questions and queries along the way on WhatsApp and email.

Irene has been absolutely amazing!
I have used Irene to help get a tenant out of one of my properties.
Her cost was very reasonable and she has been amazing at helping me through all the steps.
She has gone above and beyond and would use her in the future if needed. 100% recommend her company.

This has been such a stressful time but expert evictions have been thorough, knowledgeable and efficient at each step of the way. At the end of the phone or email, very responsive and professional providing excellent information and reassurance.

I had a great experience working with Irene Jones. She was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process, and extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clear from start to finish. Communication was excellent, timelines were met, and everything was handled efficiently. Even when my letting agent was slow to respond, Irene stuck with it, persistently pushing the process forward. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier thanks to her expertise, and we achieved the best possible result in the end. I cannot recommend Irene Jones highly enough

Fast, professional and extremely efficient. Irene handled everything smoothly. Kept the whole process as stress free as possible. All emails, calls and texts answered promptly. If you want it done properly and without drama call Irene at expert evictions. Highly recommend.

Irene provided exceptional service and support to help us successfully seek eviction notice via the court. The tenants had not paid rent for a substantial period of time and made numerous false allegations against the landlords in their defense statements. All of which were proved wrong with supporting evidence presented to the courts. Irene drafted letter which was presented to the judge, and within a matter of minutes the landlords were given possession order.

Irene was always happy to help and answer any questions we had, all this within the original fee of £575. Her responses were prompt and she kept us up-to-date with the status, as well as reassuring us that the matter was being dealt with, even for the slightest delay in her response whilst she investigated the issue fully.

The service provided by Irene is great value for money. Irene is very knowledgeable, professional and her attention to detail is outstanding.

Highly recommend Irene and her company. Definitely better than service provided by any solicitors who charge a fortunate and not as prompt with their service or reassurance that your case is as important to them, as Irene made us feel.

Thank you very much for providing such exceptional service to good Landlords.

I cannot recommend Irene Jones highly enough. She has been an absolute lifesaver throughout a challenging eviction process for a tenant who had been in my property for over 12 years.

Irene's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. She meticulously handled the Section 21 notice, ensuring it was delivered promptly and correctly. Once the notice expired, her dedication truly shone. Dealing with a long-term tenancy meant a lot of historical paperwork, and Irene worked diligently and relentlessly to ensure every single detail was in order. This included verifying the deposit was secured, reviewing yearly tenancy agreements, and confirming the gas safety certificates were all up to date.

Even when my letting agent was slow to respond, Irene stuck with it, persistently pushing the process forward. Her perseverance meant that my case successfully reached court, and while we await a judgment, I am incredibly grateful for her unwavering support. Without Irene's expert guidance and tenacious efforts, I simply wouldn't be in a position to reclaim my property. She is a true specialist and a credit to her profession.

Irene provided exceptional service. What stood out the most was her extensive knowledge, which played a crucial role in getting the job done efficiently. I highly recommend and would not look elsewhere.

Expertevictions provided efficient and professional service, with deep knowledge of the process. Additionally, Irene is very reliable and approachable, her services are highly recommended.

She is very proactive, helpful and someone who goes out of her way to get the job done. For example, she filed my section 21 paperwork, and then I needed to send a follow-up paperwork to the court by a certain date, and I was going to be on holiday that week. No problem. Irene asked me to send it to her and she got the job done on time. As a result, I was able to get the possession order in a timely fashion without hiccups.

In the past, I have used someone else for possession-related services for the last 14 years. But he has retired now and wholeheartedly recommended that I give Irene a call. I am glad I did because she is reasonable, approachable and super helpful. She is a superstar. Highly recommended.

Expertevictions are very efficient in the services they provide. My case was being handled by Irene, and I found her to be very competent for the way she dealt with my case, she was very informative, transparent and friendly during the discussions I had with her, and promptly responded to all my queries.

I was introduced to Irene by a friend. She helped me with section 21 eviction. She is very knowledgeable, calm and on the ball.
Her involvement and expertise helped me tremendously and my tenants moved out peacefully.
I have passed her details on to some friends and would not hesitate to recommend her.

I have been working with Irene on evicting a tenant from a rental property for the past few months, after I received her contact through a friend. She has been meticulous in guiding me through the process, and arranging all the necessary paperwork to be issued and taking control of the matter. I am currently awaiting the outcome of the situation, but have no doubt that Irene's continuous support will be on offer throughout.

Irene is super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me all the way through the process and replied to emails promptly. Great service from Expert Evictions

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I felt the need to share my experience with everyone.
I had rented out my property for the past 7 years and when the interest rates shot up, I realised I could not afford to keep the property and decided to sell. The tenant was given ample of notice to move out (7 months) and refused to move out and pay the new rent payments.
In despair I searched the internet and contacted friends and family and was given Irene's number by Eddy.
I had never been in this situation before and had no idea how to go about the legal process.
I am so happy that I decided to use Irene. She was extremely professional and efficient. Guided me through the whole stressful experience of putting the paperwork together for a section 21 notice. One mistake on this paperwork would have meant that the courts would have thrown the paperwork out. Irene guided me through every step meticulously and methodically and always took the time to explain things in a manner I would understand.
Irene was always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had! and that sometimes meant replying to my messages at 10pm at night and even phoning me back.
Without Irene's support and guidance I would have had a breakdown during this entire process.
Not only did Irene prepare the paperwork for the section 21, but also provided the paperwork for a counter claim when the tenant put in a defence with allegations that were unfounded.
I am still awaiting a date for a court hearing and am in regular contact with Irene who is still providing me support regarding the case.
I am hoping that the courts give me a possession order without a hearing, but I know if it gets to a court hearing, Irene will be there to guide and support me.
Thank you Irene for your support so far.
I would recommend Irene from Expertevictions. You will not be disappointed for anyone who has the misfortune to deal with tenants who refuse to move out.
