With just two days left on a five month notice period, and two weeks to go until the eviction rules changed our tenants told us they were not moving out. This was very stressful for us, but Clare assured me she would sort it out in time for us - and she did. Her responses, despite being snowed under with work from other despairing landlords, were quick and helpful, I really feel she went the extra mile for us. The icing on the top - not only was she more available than solicitors usually are, her fees were also noticeably lower!
