At first glance, the law appears to always be on the side of the tenant. My tenants abused my goodwill, using every excuse under the sun to stay in my property, in the knowledge that I could not get rid of them, without going down the legal route.
Evicthem is a knowledgeable and efficient company that knows the correct procedures to get rid of tenants, in my case for non-payment of rent over 10 months.
I used the company to successfully regain possession of the property using the legal process and in the minimum amount of time.
