Absolutely appalling company when youâŠ
Absolutely appalling company when you have claimed and need to renew your insurance .
My insurance on 2023 was ÂŁ55.00 per month
2024 it went up to ÂŁ117.00 per month
2025 they now want ÂŁ208.00 per month , they have stoped the farewell
cover due to age also stopped the cremation payment and want a. 25% contribution to any claim . My only means of income is my state pension this is costing me over 30% of my pension.This appears to be common practice for this company as I have had noticed other users are complaining about their insurance has more than doubled.
Buyer beware Avoid at all cost I am now self funding there are other genuine companies that will help
IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM EVERYPAW I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO YOU ABOUT THE POLICY YOU OFFERED TO CUT THE POLICY COVER BY HALF AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY ÂŁ160 per Month OUTRAGEOUS. AS A PET GETS OLDER THAT IS WHEN WE AS CUSTOMERS NEED INSURANCE FOR OUR PETS.

Everypaw have been absolutely brilliant! Iâve had to make two separate claims recently and both were handled so quickly and efficiently. The money was in my account before I even had a chance to worry about it! Such an easy, drama-free experience, exactly what you want when youâre already stressed about your pet. Couldnât recommend them more!

Everypaw is a fantastic company, just the log in side to your account needs looking into
Everypaw is a fantastic company, hence why i took them on to become my pet's Insurance. The Only draw back is that when you set up the account as i did. This didn't allow acces directly to look and check the policy that you have just purchased. it took 3 three seperate attempts to be able to log in, being told my log in was invalid prior to it allowing me in using the original password set up. I look forward to using Everypaw for many more years to come ..

Fantastic experience
We sadly lost our puppy, I called Every paw and they explained everything and dealt with my vet. They paid the claim very quickly. If i get another pet I would definitely use them again. The staff were berry friendly and helpful during this difficult time.
