Easy to claim and paid directly to vet without quibble
No dramas or unreasonable delays at all in assessing and paying our claim direct to our vet and a continuation claim was accepted and paid within 5 days. Very impressed

Excellent claim service
I have made 2 claims for the same condition. Both claims were paid out very quickly. To submit the claims online was very quick and easy. They sent texts/emails to update me along the way, and the money paid into my bank account within days.
For example- claim logged Tuesday night 8pm. I received a SMS Wednesday 8am to confirm receipt of claim. Then by Thursday 5:15pm I received another SMS to confirm payment has been made and will be in my account within 5 days. I have logged in online to view the claims letter and all good. Thank you!

taken way to long
now taken over 2 weeks and the claim is still not processed. causing me finanical issues. keep calling and getting no where had to call my old vet today and do the job for them
not impressed LV pet was a matter of 2 days and it was processed.

Excellent service and quick claims process
My cat had a cut on front left paw due to an accident. She was treated at my vet (surgery) and I submitted claim on everypaw portal and within a few days of my vet replying to claim, I received email to say my claim was accepted minus the excess. Within a few days received funds in my bank account. Excellent service all round.

Misleading!!!
During the signup process they gave me the quote as a monthly cost, there was nowhere to choose between annual/monthly payments and it was quoted as monthly payments, I assumed Iâd be paying monthly. Theyâve taken the money as an annual payment and now I have no money for the rest of the month for food or the train to work.

Clear and concise, no hidden snags.
All the information was clearly set out, every aspect of the insurance cover explained fully. Very good price for the level of cover compared to some others. The paperwork arrived within three days as promised. The whole process simple and straightforward.

Very efficient service from Everypaw, thank you.
We did everything through our vet but Everypaw kept us up to date with each payment request and paid them promptly. This was the first time our veterinary practice had dealings with Everypaw and now are happy to again if requested.

Easy to navigate the set up online.
My old provider increased the renewal considerably, after being with them for years. I shopped around and looked for quotes, "Everypaw" came up best for my circumstances. They gave great explanation of their policy and expected treatments for each choice of cover. Early days but very happy with my policy, I have never claimed on my dog insurance despite having dogs for 3 decades.
