I so wish i would have looked up this site and read these reviews BEFORE i ordered the cozmo robot from this scum slime filth of a "company!! Of course i got the same thing as everyone else. A cheap look alike $2 piece of garbage. You pull out the battery tab, push the button and it doesn't even speak English!! It's the type of cheap plastic garbage that's sold at flea markets for $2 to $3!! I just finished writing an email to them but even I'm laughing at how naive i was just a few minutes ago. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FEELING OF BETRAYAL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Scam... big time scam.. Ordered the Cozmo intelligent robot as shown by ad on facebook... recieved Coco... cozmo's unintelligent chineese cousin.... very very unsatified...

Low life scammers. I can't believe I shared my credit card details to receive a completely different product COCO instead of Cozmo Intelligent Robot. I will be raising with Anki.com and with my credit card company. We should work together to stop these scavengers.

False advertising (of pictures of the product and false reviews) Delivery took for ever too. Dont trust these people. Im going to try for a refund, but doubt I’ll get it!

Scam site, items advertised are not the items they send out.
They rely on you not paying the shipping costs back to china so as to be unable to get any kind of refund avoid at all costs!

We orded a Cozmo Roboter, but get a Coco.
They told us to send back the item on our cost and than we will get back the money.
I will check it with my creditcard, if we could book back the money.

I ordered a Cozmo robot but received something else. They now say they can’t deliver the product I ordered and don’t want to pay for the return shipment of the wrong item because ‘it is my personal reason to refuse this alternative’. Never buy anything from this company would be my advise!

Wrong advertising! I ordered a Cozmo for my grandsons birthday, got a CoCo, which is junk. Have asked for replacement, but I should ask for money back!

I ordered Cozmo intelligent robot off their web site, got a Coco toy cheap rubbish, returned it as they requested, got asked to send it to an address in China !
I reckon they are counterfeit goods. just go's to show when something is to good to be true it usually is, will be contacting my local trading standards officer to get them stopped .

I bought a cozmo and got a coco, rip off site, lets join together to bring them down.

I recently ordered a COZMO robot, paying 30€, and they sent a COCO robot which may cost around 3 €.
AVOID BUYING IN THIS WEB.

Same experience as mentioned above with the Cozmo Robot. Scam at its utmost.

They sent a completely different (way cheaper version) of the item I actually ordered.

I paid £60 for two items i could have bought from a market for £10.

Not interested in refunding, asking for me to send pictures of the item they sent. They sent me it so know full well what they've sent.

This is clearly a scam site, please, please don't fall victim to this rogue outfit.

Scam site. bought a Anky Cozmo, received a chinese toy that isnt even worth 2€...

Unfortunately, the star rating does not allow for zero stars, complete scam company. As with all the other people who have posted here they send you a low-quality product that is not worth what you paid. I ordered a GoPro Hero 6 Black thinking that the site would be legit as it was on Facebook (late night bad choice), ended up with a pink £10 camera barely capable of working.

FACEBOOK remove this advert from your system.

Response from them stating they have supplied what was advertised.
