I ordered a bracelet for my son. It arrived today. Delivery took about 3 weeks. Was disgusted when it arrived today in a plastic packet - no box- no lovely words, as advertised. Please don't buy this item as you will be very disappointed. It was the box and the lovely words that made it special. Bracelets probably worth a few £. This has to be stopped. Looked again on line for supplier lots more people selling it but different name from who I ordered from. Such a scam !!!

Ordered a bracelet that is advertised with a box and a thoughtful message. Package arrived with the braclet in a plastic cheap lip and seal bag, no box and no message card. Very disappointed, very misleading.

I ordered a tool with them and it never arrived, I got tired of sending emails and receiving answers as it is on the way and many other excuses, as far as I am concerned they are thieves

Ordered a hat. Followed delivery from China to Houston. Then the movement of the item stopped (its been in Houston for 3 weeks). Contacted every needing to ask them to trace the order and received a form letter telling me to be patient. Sent another request and received the same exact form letter. Unreliable company with no way to speak to a human.

Ordered a product never received. It cannot contact anybody going after them for fraud.

I ordered a month ago, but without delivery they have said it's been delivered,no proof of the mail

Item never arrived, was returned to their warehouse. I requested refund, they agreed, refund never paid. Avoid at all cost.

Dreadful. Ordered a 2 in 1 angled brush for cleaning shower. Packed without a handle. Cannot be used.

Purchased a car window breaker/seatbelt cutter knife from the seller took ages to get here and when it eventually arrived. It was broken and unfit for purpose.

Seller replied, couldn’t return and has ignored me for a refund
