Order not delivered

Note to self. Read the reviews before pressing the buy button. Order not recieved after two months. Two emails from customer service apologising and saying wait a bit longer.

Don’t Bother… Think Twice…

I placed an order for the colour changing foundation stick that was on offer 2 for 1, I ordered the natural and medium shades was sent natural and dark shades, I emailed the company about this and received an email back saying that I’d took delivery of these items, obviously I’d took delivery otherwise I wouldn’t of known they sent the wrong colours so I sent another email stating my query again was regards to the colours sent and I’ve heard nothing back from them… They claim to be a UK company but my parcel came from China. Absolutely disgusting scamming company, I’ll let the £13 I paid slide but I’ll never use these fly by nights again… Steer clear is my advice and if I could of given them a lower score on trust pilot I certainly would have…

After seeing an insta post advertising their colour match foundation and it stating is was UK based, I ordered! The product does not do anything other than leaving skin feel kind of sticky/clammy. I reported this to them via email and they responded speedily asking me to send pics and a video.
I did this a few days later, as I was now concerned about what I was putting on my skin so wanted to make sure I had time to deeply cleanse afterwards. I sent it to them and ive heard nothing since, despite follow up emails. Yes it was only a tenner but its the principal and my money not theirs!

Scam

Don't buy from this company, they're obviously scammers. I ordered a torch from them and the one I received was nothing like the one they advertised, a completely inferior cheaper type of torch. Luckily PayPal refunded my money but I would've preferred the actual torch they'd advertised. They said the original torch they'd advertised was
"not available" but it's still being advertised so anyone who tries to buy it will probably still receive the far inferior, shoddy replacement. Avoid this company, they're a rip off.

This looks like a scam

I ordered and paid for 2 pans but only received 1 pan despite being charged for 2.
Also the pan smells like paint, I'm not confident to cook in it.

Sadly I received 3 pipes all faulty, however after explaining the problem, they have sent me replacements straight away and very apologetic and professional

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company. Still not delivered the item after almost 3 weeks. Their website says 5-7 days.
Customer service very poor. Not really interested in trying to resolve the issue. Won’t refund.
Bad, bad business. Avoid if not already too late. Will take it up with my credit card company.

Unfortunately the product looked good SCAM FROM CHINA

Unfortunately the product looked good, however should have done some this “ UK based family business “ is in China. Tracking, delivery, customer support is terrible. Still not received my item. Don’t use the seel worry free delivery service, take your money and can only deal with in “a few months” if not delivered.

Big scam company

I placed an order with this company and they totally messed it up (and scammed me). I paid for 3 items (1 x 28cm pan with glass lid and 2 x 24cm pan with glass lid). They sent the 28cm pan and a 20cm wok. My other 2 pans never arrived. Opened a case on PayPal and they managed to convince PayPal that they sent the items by providing 2 tracking numbers. Britneed never got back to me since. I ordered back in Nov 2025 and now is March 2026.
This Chinese company is a big con.

Terrible Experience.

This company is a con, false advertising saying made in Germany or other countries but really made in China, then when item arrives damaged they ignore all emails but only respond when you open a Paypal dispute which then they tell you they will refund you once you have closed the Paypal case which is a con. Once Paypal reaches a decision they tell you to return the item back to Britneed for a full refund but the problem is that it is a return address in China which costs more than the item itself. There is no way out. Absolutely terrible experience, Avoid at all costs. They false advertise, they lie and you have no buyer rights with Paypal.

I purchased an alphabet learning chart…

I purchased an alphabet learning chart from these people. It was about 1/4 of the size of the one being advertised, plus there were letters missing ‘D’
The plastic pockets were split and all in all a complete waste of money. I have emailed the company several times asking for a refund and nothing is getting done. Avoid this company. Total SCAM.
