Don’t even spend your time there. Equipments are miscellaneous. Teachers are absent. Managers team will lie to you if you want to cancel your membership using false legal arguments. Worst gym I’ve ever been.

Everlast Gym Dunstable - I have been a regular gym member (through all the different names). Since I travel a lot, I usually have a rolling one month contract. On a rolling contract we didn't need to give them a months notice until Dec 2021. They have changed the policy when I came back in July asking for a month, the front desk didn't bother tell me anything about the change in cancellation -. I went in as before a few days before the end of the month in August, as I have done in the past and he says its months notice and that the policy has changed etc. They asked me to email the manager, and when I asked him if he had any evidence of communication to me about the 1 month notice, he stopped replying to me and I don't even know if the cancellation has been actioned.. and I have paid for september for no reason. The facilities are ok.. and pretty much all gyms are offering this stuff so.. I dont think I will be going back to the Dunstable branch again!

DON'T JOIN THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I cancelled my membership after my minimum term was up, I cancelled due to a disability diagnosis which meant I could not use the gym anymore, and was told that I "had not reached my minimum term". They are now trying to chase me for money I do not owe. Please, I'm begging you, stay away from these scam merchants, THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!!!

Zero communication - lies about cancellation of membership!

communication and customer service is appalling if you do have a membership issue. Countless calls, and being fobbed off when trying to chase the opening offer to join. In the end, had to go elsewhere. Awful

I was a member of the Selby DW Fitnes club once and I had no objections about the standard of service of this sports facility. Now is Everlast - and that's why I want to comment on this club. When you enter the club, you hear annoying music and an unpleasant smell that resembles an unwashed toilet. I thought that these are only temporary faults that will surely be fixed. After some time I came back to use the gym and the swimming pool again. There was the same annoying music that is once louder and quieter and the pool had no pleasant smell . It is a septic tank stench. I am sorry to write this, but unfortunately it stinks there on whole swimming pool together with showers.

There where empty water bottles and orange peel on the floor.also there was a man shaving his head in there..absolutely bogging..nothing in there is cleaned on regular bases..the whole place can do with a deep clean..

Was a member of DW Merthyr Tydfil before Everlast took over and a new manager of Merthyr . What was once a gym has turned into a kindergarten and leisure centre full of children ,and children swimming classes daily ,no room to use the pool which I used daily for my fibromyalgia .I had boys aged 11 and 12 walk in the female change rooms seeing me and a friend naked .The noise in the pool area from the swimming instructor and the children was over baring .I tried to cancel my membership due to ongoing anxiety and depression issues ,which was worsened by my experience In Everlast ,I was told they needed proof which I sent ,but that wasn't good enough ,even though it was years of constant issues/no change in my severe mental health problems and all letters by professionals .They said i needed an updated letter which I sent ,then realising it had very confidential information in the letter . The manager or head office have never dealt with my complaints and don't give a damn about mental health of their clients . The pool was always cold ,jacuzzi broken for 2 month prior to me leaving .No apologies for the stress caused to me there ,just brushed aside .All Everlast care about is client numbers and money .DO NOT JOIN these gyms, air con constantly broken down year after year ,like a furnace in there

The Carlisle club continued to take payment for 7 months after I had confirmation my membership had been cancelled. They then asked me to claim back off my bank and they would authorise.
Five weeks later I am still waiting for a refund, cannot get a call back, asked for a number for head office I have been told they are not allowed to give that number so gave me a fake email address instead.

Awful opening hours. Saturday and Sunday is basically non-existent closing at 5pm and only opening very late at 8am. Useless service. Also the clubs are filthy despite the exorbitantly high price for a membership - this will depend on the worker looking after the club and can confirm there is really only 1 or 2 workers that actually care about their job and keep the place together. Other than that, useless rip off. Also the steam room has been closed for 3 months now with both spas being switched off. Actual rip off considering this is the most expensive gym membership.

Everlast in Lincoln. Probably the worst gym i've been to. The music is certainly the worst i've heard in any gym and often way too loud, I know some members have left because of that alone.
The good members of staff have all left and the current ones are not the most helpful or friendly.

It takes way too long to get machines repaired, several weeks in many case and the hot tub is out of action as much as it is working.
The steam room has been out of action for several weeks and apparently the only problem is a door hinge, something that could be repaired very quickly. I'm pretty sure it suits the company to have these things not working as it saves them a lot of money.
There are better gyms locally.

No way of speaking directly to head office. Facilities not working and ignored frequently.

Unfortunately do not come here if you want a working gym, sauna has been out of action for over 4 weeks now and have been told will be probe another 3-4 weeks till fixed. In your contract it states if things do not work you still have to pay! Rubbish head office that gives no s**ts about there members!!! AVOID

Have been a member of the Gloucester gym for several years, mostly using the pool for distance swimming. All equipment is beginning to show its age, with the whole gym looking shabby. The pool has been closed several times due to a leak and both spa jacuzzis are permanently closed. The steam room and showers have similar issues. Some members are incredibly rude, with staff seemingly unaware and unable to cope with anti social behaviour. Lack of investment in both equipment and staff training is clearly evident.

I've been in this gym for a long time and always found the staff friendly and helpful.
However, the app is now obsolete which I didn't know, so the app didn't work to gain me entry. I was told by amber quite rudely to download something else, (some bar code) anyway long story short I couldn't do it, so was told off by her next time I went. This time, I was waiting to be let in as I couldn't download it, when, as the girl was busy and there was a queue building up behind me, Amber shouted from the other side of the room to "move" and let them in, I told her i was waiting to get in, but she just told me to move out of the way and let them in. she continued to have a right go at me, shouting from across the room, telling me I must download it. She was downright rude and embarrassed me. She eventually walked over and let me in. One of the other girls working there sorted it for me in about 30 second! Im nearly 60 years old and don't wish or need to be treated so badly. Very rude and disrespectful 😤

They sent an e mail asking customers to update the App - however they were not ready to activate this App. Which means that we cannot see or book classes. I rang numerous times but nobody answered the phone -so I was forced to drive to the gym.
Why couldnt they send an email explaining the problem? or answer the phone.
Terrible customer services

I have Reported these crooks to trading standards and the government. They do not reply on their emails or answer the phone. They make it impossible to get your money back and make you jump through endless loops to try and get your money back. They will refuse your refund. I paid a year gym membership and they won’t let you cancel. Total cowboys!! So angry 😡 why are these companies not governed?!

Bad experience with them in Swindon. Rude and impatient staff, dirty showers (i’ve founded faeces in one of them), steam room mouldy and not working and when I asked the staff why is no notice for that they just put an inocent face to me and replied nothing.
Chlorine is cheap or too much as well in the spa, itches the skin. Cold water into the pool.
It’s a bad experience to me since DW Fittness left and Everlast took over.

My teenage son joined everlast in Swindon in January, but has now left due to it being too busy. Dreaded the thought of cancelling the direct debit, as have read so many negative reviews, upon cancelling found this very easy indeed.

I have written a review about this company of gremlins before thinking it could not be worse, i was wrong. After just paying of my 3 months worth of membership fees for trying to cancel my membership i have just recieved an email saying that i am now going to be charged £40 next month and £20 each month after that eventhough i have cancelled my membership and paid all of my fees. This means that i have been trying to cancel my membership to this gym for 4 MONTHS NOW AND THEY ARE STILL NOT GETTING IT. I tried calling the gym, they said there is nithing they can do so call head office. I do and their phone lines have been cut. I tell them this and they say im wrong but the give me anither corporate number and i call it and its the same story, they have cut their phone lines. This is one of the worst companies, NEVER USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND SANITY!!!!!!!!!!
