Only using this gym for convenience but believe me this is an absolute joke. There isn’t any customer service at all, even my grandmother can design a better app for customer support. It’s been over 1 year since I’ve requested to be refunded for a month extra they’ve charged me and still nothing.
Just ridiculous, too bad as the gym is alright.

Went from the best gym in Leeds under DW to the worst under these complete tools. The head office leave stuff broken for months. The pool they advertise is full of screaming kids. It's a total joke of a gym. I have never seen a head office so incompetent as these clowns and that's saying something when we have companies like Yorkshire water.

Company a joke, app and websites are a complete mess, wont let me cancel my membership, emailed them and no respond,charged me extra for 2 months . Atleast the gym is nice

Breaking consumer law by not refunding you the difference if you cancel within your 14 day period they made me pay a month upfront I have used 12 days at the point of cancellation, I asked for a refund as I've paid for 30 days I will now not be using the rest of the month as I've asked to cancel, I have a right to a refund if services not used they have refused this and I've reported it to trading standards, they think they T&Cs are above the law

HORRIBLE GYM , everything is damaged, cable machines can't be use because cables are destroyed, and nobody coming to fix them , it's over 2 month now and still not fixed, WAKE UP EVERLAST ,people paying £30 a month and they can't do proper work out ,people should leave this gym soon as possible,

I wish I could give them ZERO!! They made 1000 promises before me agreeing to get a 6 month contract and then when I finally did the experience was HORRIBLE!! Nobody in the gym is helpful if the machines don't work nor the trainers help a bit let alone guide you! Bad attitude and trainers pester you to get personal training for £70 per session it's atrocious, my experience was HORRIBLE and after 2 months of taking that nonsense I wanted to cancel my contract but they didn't even acknowledge my email requests and now keep telling me i have an outstanding balance I need to pay or else I'll be in trouble with my credit report, I can't believe a gym can threaten me like this it's unbelievable!!!!!!!

Was with them some years ago, get a phone call out of the blue you have arrears, will have to collect the debt etc etc. It has all finished and there is no debt, I even had to pay an extra month to cancel the membership as I put it on hold for a month or so.

The scam goes like this, only through phone calls.. you have a debt, we cab get rid of the debt if you sign back up with us... don't fall for it total scam. Just go on long walks in your neighbourhood rather than join this, you can never cancel btw.

I'm still waiting for a refund on some trousers as three owners company went bust! £50!

Everlast Bristol tell you if you refer someone you get a free month. They are lying!!! They made some nonsense excuse about not having used the link for my friend to join. How dare they. We stood together at the counter saying that I had referred her. They didn’t tell us to use a link. They knew I was asking about the free month. The guy Billy who I spoke to tonight tried to blame me for not reading the “small print”!! What a bunch of deceptive fools!! Don’t trust them!!! They want your money, they want you to bring new business but they won’t give you the reward they promise. They don’t care and are dishonest.

Is a very good environment to work out in and get treated properly all the time. Danny was awesome

Signed up for a 12 month subscription last year. In November, I no longer had a job. I only had my P45 as evidence. Everlast wouldn't accept that so I've been stuck paying for the gym membership from November 2022 until now. I can finally cancel my membership June 30th 2023. I haven't even got a car to get there and I live 10ish miles away. Never going with them again. They're heartless.

Halifax gym avoid at alllll costs if you want to go to a dirty gym be spoken to like crap have ur belongings stolen not once but a reoccurring problem!!!! If u want to be be littled and humiliated then by all means join

Gym contract feels like a marriage once my contracts up I am out of this gym! Disgusting been at this gym from the age of 21 and since it’s changed over to everlast it’s gone super down hill
Carl is a gem but the rest of the staff wow! Really could do with retraining them
And explain to them how customer service is probably the main key that they lack Sunday 16 April shocking experience I was also challenged when I explained I would write a review!!!

Good gym (when the equipment is working) brilliant staff, lots of the equipment is damaged and out of service for weeks, not the staffs fault its down to head office not raising the jobs quick enough. I have pictures of the broken equipment/machines if Everlast need proof. Thurrock.

Avoid at all costs. Trying to leave is a nightmare. Gobbledegook contract ties you in and they keep hounding you.

Worst gym in Stoke on Trent! I have been let down by this company. Signed up last year March and the amount of issues I had it’s incredible:
1. From March 20222 up until today it wasn’t a single occasion when I could use the tanning bad ( answer to this they had no tokens once delivered will let me know, never ever happened). Last time I asked I’ve been told that the tanning beds are no longer in use due to they are faulty
2. When I signed up last year the jacuzzis were broken and been told will be fixed. Not a single time when I could use it and instead of fixing they have taken out both the jacuzzis
3. Changed my membership from full to student I’ve let the staff know. They have asked my student ID 3x different occasion nothing happened they carried on charging me with full amount. Refund of the outstanding amount promised but nothing received yet.
4. I’ve been told if I have full membership there is one month cancellation period if student membership no cancellation period and the Tunstall manager emailed me that there is one month cancellation period even if you have student membership
5. If you sign up with this gym you are limited to 3 hours use as you can’t stay longer in the car park. So just bear in mind you attend a class 1hour + use the pool/steam room 1-1.5h+ changing and etc so you looking to stay at least 3-3.5 hours risking to receive a parking fine. Everlast don’t take responsibility for parking charge and they don’t have a machine where you can register your car to be able to stay longer then 3 hours and in Tunstall.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would.

Allowing a child to sign up to a contract for 12 months with no proof of ID or induction!

Please do not use this Gym, No health and safety rules in place despite their policy, shambolic service.

EVERLAST GYM MACCLESFIELD Changing rooms need major overhaul. Showers are knackered and not fit for purpose. Half the Lockers are broke and need replacing. Poolside showers are literally coming off the wall and very regularly don’t work. Steam room is filthy and needs a VERY DEEP CLEAN. Boiler consistently breaking down leaving no hot water to shower. The Spa Pools are regularly drained and not available. Have ‘questioned’ the facilities many times over the last 12 months and still no improvement. Just excuse after excuse !! There are better and CLEANER facilities available elsewhere . . If you are looking for a gym/pool membership, don’t join EVERLAST . . Simple as that !

Everlast Blackburn is shambolic. Showers cold. 1 Jacuzzi working. Pool thats hit and miss when its open as boiler keeps breaking down. Dirty, unclean place. Exercise classes in the evenings nothing to shout about as attendance is low. Place needs knocking down as its not fit for purpose. Cancelled Direct Debit but looking at other posts on here maybe hounded for the money . Time will tell. Avoid at all costs

Yesterday I visited the Everlast gym in Inverness. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave me a tour of the facilities. It was the best kept fitness centre that I have ever visited. Immaculately clean , well designed and friendly atmosphere.
