I thought Everlast was a good brand. The items I bought were quite expensive. When they arrived they are covered with Sports Direct 50% stickers so I have significantly over paid. I feel like I have been ripped off. The Contact Us part of their website doesn't work so there's no way to get in touch with them.

Currently trying to contact everlast customer services. Order came last week. 3rd use of the punch bag top pole snapped when I hit it. It's broken. For £160 3 uses is not very good value for money. My biggest calorie burner to date so far using this product was filling the base with sand.

Bought from Everlast and charged full price for the product. However, the item arrived as if from sports direct with a 50% discount tag on. So now I have to arrange a refund of this amount or return them. Very inconvenient as they were supposed to be a birthday present and now I can’t give them to my dad in time.

Did buy 2 t-shirt and pay £ 15.99 each. Received with price write half price 50%off £7.99 each. So why I have been charged full price????

The Everlast elbow support is the best one I have bought so far (and I have experimented with a few). It is comfortable, big enough, and gives 'security' in cases of an unstable joint.
Like all things, they have a life span.
Happily, though, they are reasonably priced.

Paid full price. Arrived with 50% off tags and the shorts no longer have pockets.

I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding a serious injury I sustained while using a pair of Everlast boxing gloves purchased through Academy Sports + Outdoors. The gloves failed to provide proper wrist support, which resulted in a significant wrist injury that caused severe pain, long-term physical impairment, and financial hardship due to medical bills and lost training time.

Despite submitting documentation—including photographs, medical records, and evidence of the defective condition of the gloves—my attempt to resolve this matter through CorVel, the claims handler associated with Academy, was denied without meaningful explanation or acknowledgment of the injury’s severity.

I believe Everlast has a responsibility to uphold the safety and reliability of its products. As a loyal customer and trainer who trusted your brand, I expected greater accountability and engagement from a company of your reputation.

At this point, I am requesting the following:
   •   That Everlast initiate a direct review of this incident;
   •   That my injury and claim be reconsidered for compensation;
   •   And that a response be issued in good faith addressing this situation seriously.

If needed, I am prepared to submit all supporting materials directly to your claims, legal, or customer safety division. I would prefer to resolve this matter professionally and without further escalation.

Please refrain from any business with this company, acting against consumer rights act 2016 by amending contract and increasing pricing without any notification and blatantly refusing to terminate inactive membership when contacted their membership department. Any customers deceived by this business please report your case to Citizens Advice or CMA (Consumer protection and Markets).

Everlast Cambridge gym when I joined mentioned Jaccuzzi and other services. It was shut all the time and when asked all the time they mentioned it is under maintainence.
Also When I started they mentioned I can give notice one month before and I did and cancelled my direct Bebt. Now after few months I am getting calls from hidden numbers and when asked the manager they said we didnt cancel as you didnt submit proof. What proof! Are we slaves? I had to move to India tempororily and I cancelled. And they didn't even mail me back asking for proofs.
This is a big scam Dont fall for it. They claim insurance , that is their plan I assume.

The club does not fulfill its promises and behaves dishonestly. According to the contract termination conditions, early termination is possible if a person is fired. However, a letter from the employer stating the contract's end date is not accepted and is ignored. The service is terrible— the sauna is out of order for two weeks every month.

We bought a punchbag for Christmas - it was damaged and we organised collection and we haven’t heard from Everlast since. We have emailed numerous times but their customer service is non existent. Happy to take your money but if there’s a problem they are no where to be seen

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Terrible customer service. They all read from a script there is no genuine interaction with them they don’t take your situation into account or actually listen to what you’re saying. As for the gym the layout is weird, it’s too dark and the music is wayyy too loud. Can’t wait to get my membership cancelled.

Doubled the price of membership with no warning

Found out my membership price had doubled when I saw it come out of my bank account. I asked them what had happened and was told it was 'the customer's responsibility to manage their junk mail.'

I asked them for a copy of the email they sent out so I could verify my email was on their mailing list and also so I could add this email to my exceptions so it didn't go into junk mail. They sent me a screenshot of their email inbox and nothing else.

I pointed out if their emails were going to junk mail, then why was I talking with them just fine? I asked again for the email mailing address. They ignored me.

I've asked again for the email evidence today. Judging by other responses here, they are now just ignoring everyone because they didn't notify their members properly.

I will be taking the matter to trading standards. Appalling, unprofessional behaviour, and with equipment that is often left broken for months and now underhanded tactics to double their gym membership, I think I will be cancelling my membership too, along with my friends who come with me.

Avoid this gym!

Bought these gloves sometime ago. Never used them. Today I try them on. Horrific. The gloves look like they have been chewed by a dog. Terrible will never buy anything from this company nor recommend them. No wonder they have so many negative feedback. Shame I can't post pictures

My daughter has been trying to cancel her membership, and they won't let her. It's run over into a new year and started again. As this company is promoting health and well being why are they not worried about the stress they cause everyone. Scam company avoid like the plague .

Kings Lynn Everlast is one of the worst gyms I have had the displeasure of attending.

Manager signed me up and said it’s a rolling monthly plan, cancel anytime. And after 6 weeks of gradually getting more annoyed at members just leaving equipment set up and all over the floor, and to make maters worse the staff are not bothered when reported. I cancelled to now get emails suggesting I am to pay for 12 months!!

After emailing three times with genuine concerns about health and safety, showers consistently stink of urine, swimming pool always murky with floaters, the place us disgusting. The manager, Ian ignored all emails and did not have the decency to reply. Then a few follow ups later, Kai replied with zero empathy or apology and just wanted to stand his ground on the money aspect.

It’s also of note for any former soldiers like myself and my wife, the discount is offered yet payments not reduced for over three months!!

Had nothing but serious issues and headaches from around week 3 and still ongoing.

No customer service skills.Deliberately make it difficult to cancel, in fact point blank refused my cancellation request, even though I've been a member for years!

In Kings Heath, Birmingham branch: Women members interests are ignored and their concerns are dismissed. Exercise classes predominantly attended by women have been cancelled with no consultation. Women are leered at in swimming pool and sauna by groups of men left unchecked by club staff. Poorly maintained equipment is not addressed and club app is very hard to use
