I ordered a headband late on Monday…
I ordered a headband late on Monday evening, it was the Angelina, and realized the next day that I'd paid for the wrong postage - I needed it for Saturday. No need to worry, the item was despatch the following morning & arrival was 48 hours later, beautifully packaged, and the headband is fabulous, can't wait to wear it. It's that gorgeous it's had the approval of both my extremely critical daughters!!! Thank you again

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a gorgeous emerald green headband for a wedding, however Royal Mail strikes were announced and I realised it wasn’t going to arrive in time. I emailed Evelyn and Rose and they got back to be almost instantly saying that they could post another one via another courier and all I would need to do was post the other headband back when it eventually arrived. The new headband arrived in plenty of time and I posted the other one back when it came. Such amazing service and beautiful handcrafted products!

I had a really lovely experience with my first ever purchase from Evelynandrose. I'd been looking for something to wear instead of a hat for a family wedding in Italy, and first came across the website on the week I as due to leave the country. The support & customer care I received was second to none.
I was in such a rush after finding exactly what I needed on the website, & was rather distressed at the thought of not receiving the goods on time, but customer service stepped up to the mark by keeping in touch by email after immediately dispatching the products.
All products arrived before my departure & I was extremely happy with my choices & the customer service I received.
