Avoid europcar at all costs. You would be better walking 100 miles with all your cases than using these scamming xon artists.
We paid the full price in the uk and checked everything and printed out every document but when.we getbto kos europcar they have different paperwork you cant see or print monthly can then scam you out doiluble the original price. We paid 3 times as much in the end for a week amd they want almost a thousand pound deposit.
They were well reversed in this scam and knew exactly how to take advantage of someone who has just landed in a foreign country with no transfer as we cancled it.
Our car was smaller as they said they had ran out, but we made the booking through jet2 and theybsaid take it up with them.
So they can take another 1 and a half thousand from me but cant refund a single penny.
They are professional con men.
They ruin people's holidays and are threatening and rude and they speak treat ladies worse than they would a dog on the street with rabies.
There words are 'we can help you, but you need to payout this amount, and you can take a car' there were 3 other family's with people crying with the same.thing happening as they couldn't afford to do it, lost there original money and had no.transfer and had to pay for a mini bus taxi for 80 euros to get to there hotel.
They are horrible people and if it was in the uk, they would be on crime watch or rogue traders bcos thats exactly what they are. I wishbi could give less than 1 star. They deserve minus starts for everything apart from full stars for ripping of vulnerable people.

Can i leave less than 1 star? DO NOT use this company. Absolutely terrible service. We booked through Jet2 so they were totally unhelpful and told us to cancel our booking through them when we arrived and they needed €850 additionally and wouldnt take our card. We couldnt cancel the original booking as of course they have a 24 hour cancellation policy and we are now in Greece missed our free transfer and need a car. So our choice was to loose the money we had paid for the booking or of course the only'help' they could offer us was by upgrading our booking at a huge additional cost that was over double the additional cost of the car. We booked a car for ease after a period of serious illness and added huge stress to the holiday experience. Staff were incredibly rude and dismissive.There are so many other car hire companies at the airport avoid Europcar at all costs.

Die Buchung und Fahrzeugübernahme haben gut funktioniert. Wir haben keine Zusatzversicherung abgeschlossen, da wir den Komplettschutz gebucht hatten ( Tipp an alle: alles vorab genau lesen!!!!). Bei der Rückgabe waren angeblich mehrere Kratzer am Auto, welche wir nicht dran gemacht haben. Einer war sogar auf dem Übergabeprotokoll markiert, wurde uns aber angelastet. Wir haben diese Kratzer weder am Auto noch auf den Fotos erkannt. Müssten knapp 500€ dafür zahlen. Aber eine vernünftige Lösung gab es weder vor Ort noch mit Europcar Deutschland. Da bekommt man Mails in englischer Sprache, obwohl es eine deutsche Kommunikation war. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Sehr schade. Nie wieder Europcar.

Es lief alles ohne Komplikationen. Unser Ziel war es, ein Auto mit einer Vollkasko Versicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung und ohne zusätzliche Zahlungen bei einem Schadensfall, zu mieten. Wir haben zum Schluss über den ADAC gebucht und mussten noch nicht einmal eine Kaution bereitstellen. Laut dem Autovermieter ist über den ADAC alles abgedeckt. Es wurde nicht versucht eine extra Versicherung abzuschließen. Es war alles sehr seriös. Wir bekamen ein sehr neues und sparsames Auto.
Es gibt eine Tankstelle direkt gegenüber und die Europcar Filiale ist direkt vor dem Flughafen und nicht zu verfehlen.

Caution! If you order through the Bookinig website, they keep the car for you for only 30 minutes! If the flight is delayed like most flights, your order will be canceled Even if you specified the flight number and you will pay all the money without the possibility of a refund! Unfortunately I fell and had to pay twice for the same vehicle. They claim that they rented the car I ordered to someone else but if you want to pay again suddenly they have a car to give you. You should be careful not to do business with such a company that steals its customers. You pay and even though you paid, they take your car and rent it to you again. They claim that you did not pay them, you paid the Booking website, but Booking claims that they paid Europcar and that is the rules of the rental company. Be careful not to rent a car from such a company! You pay and get nothing in return! If it only happened to me then I wouldn't write about it but it's a method they do it to everyone. I fell, I hope you don't fall too.

Great experience with this branch of Europcar.

Friendly staff who went through all the paper work quickly and explained what I needed to know. Car was ready and waiting for me and they even fitted the Child Car seats for me that I'd requested(which doesn't always happen). Car was clean and just what we needed.

Hassle free drop off which was great.

Only note is that it's not inside the terminal like I expected so I ended having to ask where to find them. They are just outside the terminal across the road, literally a 1 minute walk.

Could not fault the service from Europcar. Easy to find their offices just opposite the airport, 100m from arrivals. Friendly service and thorough inspection of car prior to signing agreement.
No pushiness to take out extra insurances, and not necessary if you take out your own cover anyway.
I had a flat battery one day in Kos town and they sent out assistance and had me back on the road in around 45 minutes.
Returning the car was hassle free, allow an extra 5 mins as they inspect the car in detail.

Wir hatten über den ADAC in der Klasse eines Hyundai i10 für 10 Tage gebucht.

Das Büro von Europcar ist nicht im Flughafengebäude, sondern etwa 1/2 Minute Fußweg ausserhalb. Durch eine große Werbung ist es nicht zu übersehen.

Vom sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter erhielten wir einen Kia Stonic, also mindestens eine Kategorie teurer. Ein Aufpreis wurde nicht fällig. Glück gehabt.

Das Fahrzeug war fast neu (unter 6000 km) und in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Der Tank war 1/2 voll. Die Formalitäten waren schnell erledigt und wir konnten uns auf die Suche nach unserem Hotel machen.

In den nächsten Tagen unternahmen wir täglich eine Inselfahrt und der Wagen schnurrte leise vor sich hin mit einem Durchschnittverbrauch von rund 5 Litern. Dabei ging es auch in die Berge.

Am 10. Tag gaben wir den Wagen wieder im Europcar-Büro am Flughafen ab. Auch die Rücknahme erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert.

Wir können Europcar Kos Airport auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Ohne Worte wie die 2 alten Männer von Europcar mit uns umgegangen sind, nur da meine Kreditkarte eine Debit ist .Mein Geld ist weg und wir haben kein Auto bekommen! Keinen Lösungsvorschlag, nichts es war unfassbar was uns passiert ist, nach 15 Jahren Kos Urlaub das erste Mal, dass mir so etwas passiert ist und wir sind vermutlich auf die einzigen 2 unfreundlichen und arrogantesten Griechen getroffen, die es hier auf der Insel gibt! Lassen es jetzt von Check 24 prüfen ansonsten zumindest ein Schreiben vom Rechtsanwalt, da ich alles bezahlt hatte und der Wagen nicht ausgehändigt wurde und auch nicht meinem Freund, der eine andere,"gültige " Kreditkarte hat und diese angeboten hat und sie nichts akzeptiert haben! So konnten sie den Wagen dann nochmal vermieten

Hiring a car from Europcar Kos Airport was one of the best car hire experiences I've ever had. There were no queues at the office just outside the airport (only a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. The car was ready, very clean and in perfect condition.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, even loaded our luggage into the car.
The pick up process was quick and easy and although they mentioned the extra insurance that was available there was no pressure from them to take it out unlike other car hire companies.
The drop of procedure was equally quick.
Overall, an excellent experience and will certainly be using them again the next time we visit Kos

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Einfache Entgegennahme und Abgabe des Mietwagens inkl. Kindersitz. Guter Service auch bei Rückfragen. Gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder.

Auto war pünktlich in einem guten Zustand zur Verfügung. Personal war freundlich. Man wollte uns eine zusätzliche Versicherung anbieten. Wäre schön wenn sowas im Vorhinein auf Muttersprache geklärt werden kann, weil es so unseriös wirkt. Man will schließlich den Wagen abholen und keine Versicherung abschließen. Genauso wie 300€ auf der Kredit Karte für den Fall der Fälle blocken. Ist unnötig, kann vorher gemacht werden. Ansonsten super und die Abgabe war auch leicht. Der Service Mitarbeit hat 15 ml unten vor regulärer Öffnungszeit unser Auto abgenommen, damit wir den Flieger bekommen. Danke
