Everything was very clear, well informed and on time Pickup and delivery.
I travel from Netherlands to London for work meetings and I used their services to transport my laptop and working clothes. Everything arrived in very good state.

Where’s my luggage????
I’m still waiting for my luggage to arrive back in the UK 😭😭. It’s got my disabled daughter’s clothes and shoes as well as other items that I need!!
The pickup in the UK to France was excellent but the return looks like a disaster.

Everything worked well but long pickup window
Everything worked well. However, the 8 hour window for pickup is far too long. There's no reason why a smaller window can't be communicated on the day!

Wrong bag delivered! Pick up date was changed unexpectedly
Pick up date was changed unexpectedly. Wrong bag was delivered which belonged to another customer and gave me a huge hassle to get my bag back.
