Not ordering from them again, as I had to send back 3 times now for the right size and now they are charging me 7.99 for each return for the right size! Not happy at all! So sad, as I love my wrangler's jeans!

Nach sehr vielen schlechten Bewertungen hier, hatte ich schon Sorge wie es wohl bei meiner Bestellung laufen würde. Aber insgesamt kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Da ich meine Größe gemessen hatte, wie in der Größentabelle beschrieben, passte auch alles. Die UPS Lieferung lief absolut reibungslos und wie im Status von UPS angekündigt. Zu Retouren kann ich nichts sagen, war nicht notwendig.

Don't buy from wrangler on line . I bought 210.00 worth of jeans from Wrangler online.
they got delivered to another state. Even though my billing address and my address hadn't changed in 14 years. And yes i had ordered from them before. Customer service said it was my fault and they can not refund my money or send me my order. They said whoever got my jeans they will not get them so they get to keep and wear them and wrangler will keep my money. Customer service was rude then when I got upset it was wrote down I was rude . Who keeps hard working people's money?? That's all the money my kid had for jeans for school and it is getting cold. I could not believe how I was treated . They told me Goodluck....... DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Door fouten van het postbedrijf d p d is mijn bestelling twee keer mis gegaan. Maar door de goede werkende klantenservice is het toch nog goed gekomen. En ben ik tevreden over mijn twee gekochte Wrangler jeans.

Ordered 10 days ago from their site, after a week I signaled to them the order is lost because there was no move on the logistics site (DPD - another piece of work).
I asked for the order to be cancelled, since they have clearly lost it and all I got was, wait for us to return it and we'll let you know more...
I mean, just refund me! you screwed up, sort your business afterwards.
In the meantime I've already ordered and received from another company. I will spend the week writing reviews in all the places, i can find!

Ho chiesto il motivo per cui la taglia W35 dei jeans non é mai disponibile, pur essendoci tra le taglie previste, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Meglio rivolgersi ad altre marche di jeans più serie.

Worst service ever no one receive call and last one month cant get my payment

Rücksendung kostestet und ist nur mit UPS möglich. Es gibt aber leider kaum UPS Access Points und wenn man mal einen gefunden hat, dann nimmt der keine Pakte an, weil UPS nicht zahlt. Drei mal versucht mein Paket loszuwerden. Immer super kleine Läden mit exotischen Öffnungszeiten.

Dann schickt einem der Support eine Email mit Anweisungen wie man im UPS Portal eine Abholung beauftrage. Was ein Theater!

De winkel waar we altijd Wrangler spijkerbroeken zonder stretch kochten is gestopt. Nu hier twee broeken besteld en betaald, maar de korting werd niet verwerkt. Gebeld met de klantenservice. Zij hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we de korting toch kregen, nadat de broeken, die perfect zitten, geleverd waren. Heel blij met de service en het nieuwe adres waar we deze broeken kunnen kopen.

Bought 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts. Wasn't sure if the sizes were true to fit but took a chance on it since they allowed returns. Well nothing fit and I had to return everything. They charged me $7.99 to return the items. I think that is ridiculous since it is not my fault everything was made larger than what I normally buy. I will never order from them again. If you exchange and try another size and it doesn't fit I guess they would charge you again. Never again.

I have worst experience from wrangler. If you live in canada and buying from their online site then please dont buy it. They charge 25$ for any return and also ot takes 6 weeks to process refund. Their customer service is worst. They dont care about customer. I had to file lots of grievance complaints to finally get my refund. They are holding customer's money for no reason. I will never buy or suggest someone to buy from them.

You are better off without Wrangler stuff.

Their apparel shrinks 1 size after 2-3 washes and once the matter is escalated to their customer support, they respond with the same robotic statement.

"Please self-ship the item back to our warehouse. Our QA team will investigate and will rectify if there is any manufacturing defect." No returns, no refunds...hence your money goes down the drain

Even a tiny startup knows the relevance of customer satisfaction but these cheaters don't.

I'd suggest everyone not to buy wrangler clothing, or try not to buy anything from the foreign brands being handled by "Aditya Birla Fashion Limited".

BESTEL HIER NIET! 2 pakketjes retour gestuurd met in totaal 5 jeans erin. Zij geven aan dat er maar 2 jeans zijn teruggestuurd! OPLICHTERS

This is ridiculous return items and not even be refunded the cost of the items. Do your self a favor and buy from a store instead of online .

sie ist am15.04.2024 um 10,10 uhr zugestellt worden
aber eine rückerstattung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten
werde anzeige wegen betrug stellen
wenn bis zum 30.04.2024 keine rückerstattung da ist

I bought three pairs of jeans. One of them cracked on first day I was wearing them at the back pocket. I contacted Wrangler through the website, nad response was immediate. I sent them good quality pictures which they expressly asked for, asking for confirmation. After a week of silence I sent another email asking if my email got through. After another week of silence I got email from them asking to resend email with pictures. So I did, this time making picures a little smaller in size. This time the pictures must have gotten through because I got refund for that pair. What I don't understand is what happened to my first email. It was about 40 MB, and if you ask for 5-8 good quality pictures these days you have to have an email service which is capable of handling it. And my second email wasn't much smaller (around 30 MB). And if you have size limit for incoming emails write it expressly, so that customer doesn't have to guess and worry why his case isn't beeing dealt with. Especially since I was having problems with registration - I didn't get any confirmation. I had to write to support through the website to get my welcome code. It looked like domain where I have my email is blocked for some reason (my email is working perfectly everywhere else).

Kupiłam jeansy dostarczone były po kilku dnuach(przesyłka z Czech) były za długie Pani z infolinii załatwiła kuriera na następny dzień po 4 dniach roboczych od dostarczenia zwrotu otrzymałam zwrot gotówki na konto. To nie jest kupiona opinia!!!

I bought a shirt and a jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband. The shirt was too small for him. I returned it inmediately, after a month and three times contacting customer service, they finally return a small amount, they deducted shipping, returning fee and they kept the taxes... What a disappointment. Wrangler products are good but their service is beyond bad.

Ich möchte Ware zurückschicken. Link für Rücksendelabel funktioniert nicht. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar - ewige (schlecht besprochene/holprige) Warteschleife. Auf E-Mails wird nicht reagiert.
