After I came across the company Ettinger on YouTube more or less by chance, I took a closer look at their product line. I was very keen to buy a new wallet. The company’s presentation and, above all, the videos by the owner about the company’s history were reason enough for me to order a wallet from them. I did so, and I would like to say that the item delivered is of the very highest quality. The shipment to Germany arrived punctually within just a few days, and with the various colour options and a good selection of leathers, the company clearly demonstrates that it lives up to its promises.
As a result, I have now ordered further products from Ettinger’s range. Personally, I would encourage the company to remain open to new ideas and to continue expanding its product portfolio. For my part, I will be following closely what this company brings to market. First-class products, first-class service and first-class quality are the hallmarks of this outstanding company.

Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. My husband is quite particular about his wallet and we went back and forth with customer service several times and received photos of each wallet until we could make an informed decision. I ordered the Sterling Billfold in black with purple interior and gold monogram embossing. The leather quality and construction are exactly what you’d expect from a heritage brand - clean lines, tight stitching, and the contrast between the black exterior and purple interior is sharper in person than in photos. I also requested a last-minute addition to my order before it shipped; Client Services handled it without any friction and followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. The care set they include is a practical touch. Ettinger delivers on the craftsmanship and the service.

I had a query on the product I was interested in which was answered swiftly by the customer services before I proceeded with my purchase. The purchase was delivered promptly and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of my purchase . The card slots of the wallet are a little tight but I’m sure these will relax through use.

Customer service is extra extraordinary! I failed to look at their already high rating, and emailed customer service regarding a gift option selection. They not only assured me, but followed up by sending me a picture of what the gift looked like before they sent it. TRUELY A FIRST CLASS COMPANY!!!!! Oh, and the recipient LOVED the gift too.

I recently purchased a new Sterling Billfold directly from Ettinger (Black exterior with Orange interior) to replace the same model I originally purchased 16 years ago. Over that time, my previous wallet was carried daily in my back pocket. On construction sites, while working around the farm as well as in professional business settings. Despite consistent exposure to heat, humidity, dust, and the general wear associated with both fieldwork and everyday use, the wallet demonstrated a level of durability and material integrity that is rarely seen in modern leather goods.

The longevity of my original Sterling Billfold was the sole reason I chose to purchase the exact same model again. I make a conscious effort to invest in high-quality products, as inferior alternatives inevitably require frequent replacement. My experience with Ettinger has reinforced that true craftsmanship delivers long-term value that far exceeds its initial expenditure.

I ordered a leather belt from Ettinger, which was shipped very promptly and delivered faster than I expected.

Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size--through no fault of theirs--and had to contact client services. They were super helpful in facilitating the return and I received the correct size in short order.

The belt itself is beautifully constructed with wonderful attention to detail, and will surely last many years.

Excel service! I have been looking forward to buying from Ettinger for a long time. When I realised that I made a mistake ordering, customer service was quick to answer and resolve the issue. Love it!

Two things to say here: First, the wallet I bought is outstanding. Gorgeous leather, clearly high quality workmanship. I'd feel more than comfortable ordering from Ettinger again, and I will.

Another reason I'm now a loyal customer is their customer service. The wallet I got was an exchange for one my wife gave me that wasn't the style I preferred. Ettinger made the return, which involved overseas shipping, as easy as it could possibly be. And once I notified them that the wallet I was returning was in the mail to London, they sent me the new wallet I wanted before they'd even received the old one. I've honestly never heard of that act of trust between a consumer goods company and a customer before, and I just found it incredibly gratifying, as otherwise I'd likely have had to wait weeks to receive my new wallet. Just an act of civilization that was entirely on par with the sophistication and excellence of their leather goods.

So—customer service as good as any I've ever received, and a product so attractive and well-made that it justifies the cost. Clearly, I'm a fan.
