They sold tickets for 4 times their worth. They charged almost $180 in fees on 4 tickets. When I called to cancel there was zero allowance to cancel even months before. Caveat Emtor- Buyer Beware. I will never purchase any event tickets from this company again. My advice is to steer clear.

Unable to open link to ticket in email. Says "site does not support a secure connection". How am I supposed get it into my wallet or even download it to my phone? My first time using this site. But on hold yo customer service for 40 min and still going.

Ich hatte einen Gutschein über 25 Euro und wollte dies für zwei Tickets einlösen. Gutschein wurde erkannt, es stand ein Restbetrag von 0 Euro da.
Leider musste man extra noch als Bezahlungsart "Gutschein" auswählen. Das ist unüblich und ich habe es übersehen. Am Ende habe ich die Tickets doch bezahlt. Der Support, den ich kontaktierte war unhöflich und stellt mich als Idioten dar. Unglaublich! Danke für nichts!

Wouldn't you think "General Admission" means the fee into the fair would be included? Dream Pass? More like I just threw 92.00 away. And in this economy! The tickets did not include the cost of entry. I requested a refund the day off because it was less expensive to pay for the entry fee. Etix did not get back to me until August 4 (after I flew back from visiting) with this little nugget: "I wish I had better news, but unfortunately your request could not be approved. We have been advised that the Terms and Conditions agreed upon during your purchase (tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable) must be upheld.
These are policies set in place by the venue or promoter and as a contracted ticket company we must abide by those policies."
So basically you need to read the fine print before buying tickets to a county fair... Big Business always screwing with the people. This was a county run fair! Should I be angry at the County? Perhaps. But when I look beyond the BS, I just see another company messing with people. Use them if you like BUT YOU BETTER READ THAT FINE PRINT because etix has NO problem with accepting clients that don't give exchanges or refunds.

zuerst hat meine Bestellung nicht richtig funktioniert über die Kreditkarte, habe dann per Paypal bezahlt - innerhalb von einigen Minuten eine Antwort bekommen und mir ist geholfen worden! Dann hab ich die Karten nicht per Post erhalten (unsere Post kommt nicht jeden Tag) und habe per Mail angefragt, ob ich doch die Karten zum Drucken haben kann - innerhalb von einigen Minuten die Tickets als pdf bekommen! So einen tollen, kompetenten und raschen Kundensupport habe ich echt noch nie erlebt. Ich bin echt begeistert! Solche Mitarbeiter sind Gold wert!

Hatte zum Geburtstag 2 Gutscheine zu je 15€ bekommen. Als ich diese in der Etix Maske eingegeben wollte, wurde erst mal nur 1 akzeptiert! Also jede Karte separat mit Gutschein Code eingeben. Diese wurden auch erkannt! Aber in der schlusszeile sollte ich doch 15€ bezahlen! Scheinbar ein Fehler in dieser Software! Bei einem Rückruf bei Etix wurde ich dann noch vollgehobelt! Anstatt dieses Problem mit mir zu erörtern, wurde gesagt, Geld kann nicht zurück überwiesen werden! Habe es dann an der Abendkasse bei den Filmnächten in DD geregelt. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass ich dieses Jahr nicht der einzige bin, der diese Probleme hat.
Ich würde gern -1 Stern vergeben, geht leider. Schande Schande!!!

Purchased three VIP tickets for the ZZTop concert at the Lynchburg Amphitheater scheduled for May 21st. The concert was canceled due to weather with refunds promised within 5-10 business days. It is now nearly two months later, and we're still waiting.

They were great at getting a refund to a show for me due to health issues. Customer service was top notch and responded quickly to questions.

Terrible experience.

Ordered and paid for physical tickets that didn’t ship in time.

Requested a refund to be told that its policy that they don’t do refunds.

Etix did not send the purchased tickets. I checked all spam and junk folders. Their customer service is awful. Could not get past the robot call screener. Horrible experience

Vile .. the whole transaction was absolutely vile I would never recommend this site to anybody. They described a ticket to me that was going to be in the front row of a venue in a certain section. And then upon printing my ticket I realized that they have sold me a ticket in the back of that section. No refunds no return. Their excuse was is oh you didn't invite from us you bought it from some type of third vendor on our site who charged three to four times the price of what the ticket was and also the ticket is in the very back of the venue. Now on the site I could have bought a ticket in the back for $49 but I didn't because I wanted the seat in the front that was $200. The site keeps saying that they're not responsible. Make sure you enjoy your tickets from elsewhere

This company is corrupt. DO NOT buy anything through them. They will not refund you if an event is canceled. Blue Ridge Rock Festival tickets were purchased through etix and when the festival was canceled they will not (still to this day) refund our $1500.00, stating they need to wait for the lawsuit or something. We purchased through etix, not blue ridge. Refund my money, then you can fight with blue ridge to get yours back. Crappy company! DO NOT USE!!!

I spent 77 dollars on tickets from Etix for the Jamil shrine center circus. When the day came for the circus no tickets were checked at the door. EVERYTHING was paid for out of pocket once we got inside the venue, food,pictures, etc. the tickets was used for absolutely nothing and when I tried to get a refund etix refused my refund request. I basically brought tickets for nothing
