The ordered goods got stuck at the Czech Customs Office - they are demanding an IOSS number (a document including an IOSS number)...I do not have any experience with that either, but the communication with your Customer Service has been hopeless so far!!! Have written many emails regarding that with no response...

What I ordered arrived quite quickly. Well packaged.

Using PayPal I purchased an item I needed for a gift for a friend. Email acknowledgment came through immediately explaining I should expect my item to be posted within 2-4 working days. Ordered over the Xmas period so expected a couple of days extra.
Began to worry as no mail tracking provided after a reasonable/expected amount of time passed, so emailed. No reply. Sent a message via messenger. No reply. After some crafty research on my PayPal account I located a different email address to whom my payment had been sent, so emailed them chasing up my product. I did receive a reply the following day and my item was eventually mailed (tracking number provided not traceable on the Royal Mail website however - concerning!).
The item has arrived and is of reasonable quality for the money I have paid but the company have let themselves down with their shambolic communication and postage methods.
I would advise if purchasing from Essential Republik use a payment method you are happy you can claim back from and approach with caution.

I returned a hoodie that was too small in exchange for a larger size. It was sent via recorded delivery, yet 6 e-mails later I’ve still had not one reply nor a replacement or refund. Still waiting….

Item not in stock, should not have been on your site if not in stock, you took too long to then notify me and I have missed out on buying a cap elsewhere and did not have the item for intended event, poor show again, I do t know why I keep ordering from you, you pretty much always don’t come though for me, as soon as I find I different site that sells decent clubwear I probably won’t come back!

Items ordered in plenty of time for an organised event, first item arrived in time, other 3 items never arrived at all and still haven’t. No communication at all as to why? Now cancelled the order and awaiting refund. Not good

I ordered a T-shirt from this website 21 days ago as a gift for my friends birthday (which has now passed, by the way) and still haven’t received an update on my order to inform me of the status of my order or whether it has even been dispatched… Awful service!

Delivery was correct and very fast. I love the zipper hoodie and I love Pikes. But what buyers from Germany should know is that they pay a bit tax on every item. In my case zipper 70 Euros and plus 7 tax for customer clearance.
