Lovely range of choices, scarfs beautiful and soft wether cashmere or lambswool. Super quick despatch and delivery with nice gift bag included. Would recommend seller.

The packaging was beautiful and the delivery was quick, which I really appreciated. However, the quality of the bags was quite disappointing. The metal accents feel very hollow and lightweight, which immediately gives a cheap impression. The magnetic button closures are also noticeably flimsy and lack the sturdiness you would expect, again feeling hollow and poorly made.

Overall, while the bags may look appealing at first glance, the materials and finishing details do not hold up on closer inspection. It definitely feels like a case of getting what you pay for, and unfortunately not something I would consider purchasing again.

I recently purchased a scarf from Edinburgh Cashmere and, despite a few initial hiccups, I’m very happy with the overall service. At first, the smaller size of the scarf wasn’t easy to find on the website, which led to me ordering the wrong version. The support team initially told me it was too late to stop the shipment, but customer service later managed to change it in time — and they handled everything with kindness and professionalism.

When the scarf arrived in Germany, I was surprised by an additional customs fee of around €15, which wasn’t clearly mentioned on the website. After informing them, they immediately refunded the extra amount. This level of transparency and fairness is something I truly appreciate.

The only downside is the very high shipping cost to the EU, which I hope can be improved in the future. But overall, the product quality is excellent, and the customer service was extremely helpful and customer‑friendly.

Wrong item sent and no response from phone or email(s) when challenged. Very disappointed. I ordered a scarf for my wife for Christmas but an enormous black jumper was sent instead. Order #12799. David from Edinburgh Cashmere promised to 'arrange the return of the jumper and send the correct scarf. Please note that our team is currently on a short Christmas break. We’ll be back in the office on Monday, at which point we’ll first check the stock availability of your scarf and then proceed with the exchange. We’ll keep you fully updated by email throughout the process' however that was on 26 December 2025 and it is now 12 March 2026 and no response or correct order sent. Very disappointed. Despite trying multiple times to contact I fear the only way to get a response is to leave an honest review on here.

This shop is not existing. The address is fake. Phone number and WhatsApp are fake as well.

I purchased three scarves online in January and had to return two. The seller agreed the return and provided me a Royal Mail QR code for the return. No more response after my return was made. Have been chasing for 2 months now, even went to the store address in Edinburgh mentioned on the website and it’s not existing.

No one pick up the phone, no reply from WhatsApp.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!

Amazing quality and fantastic service

Arrived quickly . My friend loves her scarf .Soft , cosy and appears good quality . Although sold as dark cream , it is pale pink as photos suggest .

The delivery and quality of the goods was excellent even providing a lovely gift bag. However they despatched the wrong size . I was on a deadline so ordered another while I progressed a refund . Again the wrong size was sent . They are apparently out of stock but still advertising the size on their online shop .
