Very good support transferring license

I've been using that eSIM card for a few years already, and it's always being working very good. And today I had some an issue transferring my license to a new cell phone, and the support fixed my issue very quickly.

High-quality product and outstanding support

I’ve been using the eSIM.me adapter for some time now, and overall it’s an excellent idea executed very well. The card itself makes it easy to manage multiple eSIM profiles on phones that normally wouldn’t support eSIM, and once everything is set up, it works exactly as expected.

What really stands out, however, is the customer support. I recently ran into a very specific device-related issue on a Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G, where one eSIM profile became blocked by the phone itself. I contacted support expecting a standard troubleshooting reply, but the eSIM.me team went far beyond that: they purchased the same phone model for their lab to investigate the issue in real conditions, explained the technical cause clearly, guided me through recovery, and even upgraded my license for free to help me resolve the problem without additional cost.

In the end, everything works perfectly again and I avoided a factory reset. Both the product and the people behind it deserve recognition. Professional, transparent, and genuinely supportive — this is rare in tech support today.

Highly recommended.

Die eSIM von esim.me ist grundsätzlich praktisch und eine gute Idee, aber in der Nutzung habe ich leider oft Probleme gehabt. Die Karte wird häufig nicht erkannt, man muss das Gerät neu starten und es gibt immer wieder kleine technische Schwierigkeiten.

Der Kundenservice ist bemüht, aber die ständigen Neustarts und Fehlermeldungen machen die Nutzung manchmal frustrierend.

Insgesamt funktioniert es, aber für mich ist noch Luft nach oben. Ich hoffe, dass die Stabilität in Zukunft verbessert wird.

Great product

Great product, fair license model, technically sound, easy and straight forward to use. The support is very knowledgeable and friendly.

One has to keep in mind that this *is* a technically complex product. In my opinion esim.me has done a great job to achieve "the impossible" by making non-esim devices support esim. The product is intuitive and support was always fast and helpful.

Had the esim card on one Android device…

Had the esim card on one Android device and it worked fine. Wanted to use it on another Android device but a different brand. To enable this, I had to update/upgrade the esim for it to work. Customer service guided and provided all the details to enable upgrade. Once I upgraded my esim and installed it on my other Android device, it worked seamlessly. Can't ask for a better customer service from the esim team. Kudos to all!

wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte,würde ich es tun. eSim.me ist der letzte Mist. erst ist die erläuterung total umständlich - es ginge auch wesentlich einfacher. aber dann, wenn man es gemscvt hat und eine Karte geladen hat, freut man sich... isg ja doch einfach... aaaaber es funktioniert nicht.. sch... ist sitze nun hier in Mexico. mein Handy zeigt endlich an, das due Karte aktiviert ist... aber ich habe keine Verbindung... gut, dass mein Hotel WLAN hat. Und eSiM.me zu kontaktieren ist genauso sch...
Fazit nie nie wieder...

Nachtrag - nach der Antwort von eSIM.me:
Nur viel blabla und die üblichen Phrasen. Nun ja, ich habe die physische SIM-Karte, die ich für 40 € gekauft habe, weggeworfen und die App gelöscht. Insgesamt habe ich ca. 60 € ausgegeben für nix. Es gibt andere, vertrauenswürdigere Anbieter, die sich bei Fehlern sicher nicht nur mit Worten entschuldigen. Egal - ich verbuche das unter Erfahrung. Ich rate jedenfalls jedem von dem Anbieter eSIM.me weiterhin absolut ab !!!!

I purchased an esim.me single that was not delivered to me due to inefficient postal service. Perhaps customer service did not respond immediately, but they did so within a day or two: they sent me the item again without asking me to pay for shipping costs again. The item finally arrived: it works perfectly on my Poco X4 Pro 5g smartphone with the latest version of the global rom, operator I TIM. I am satisfied, thank you.

Worst service of my life

Honestly the worst service I have experienced in my whole life. I paid 10€ for an eSIM profile that never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, they finally answered but really were not able to understand my problem no matter how clearly I explained it to them. I chatted with them for a while back and forth but I finally gave up. They are essentially thieves.

Da geht gar nix.

Nicht mal der Bestellprozess funktioniert.
Erst mal sind nicht alle Kartenvarianten verfügbar, so dass für mich nur die teuerste angebotene Karte in Frage kam.
Ich habe das gesamte Formular ausgefüllt.
Wenn man dann auf bestellen klickt, öffnet sich immer wieder das gleiche Formular. Man wird nicht zur Zahlung weiter geleitet. Angeblich sitzt das Unternehmen in Berlin. Es wird aber Mehrwertsteuer nachträglich berechnet, was in Deutschland so nicht zulässig ist. Sehr undurchsichtig. Supportseite in Englisch, obwohl Shop auf deutsch. Sehr unseriös.

Ich will nicht sagen, dass es grundsätzlich etwas verbotenes ist. Aber es ist sehr ungewöhnlich, wenn ich aus Deutschland auf das Angebot einer deutschen Firma zugreife und die Mehrwertsteuer im Nachgang auf den Preis aufgeschlagen wird.
Außerdem ist selbst die Antwort auf diesen Kommentar nicht auf deutsch. Warum nicht? Eine Firma die in Berlin sitzt, sollte doch in der Lage sein, deutschen support anzubieten.

Ich habe mich jedenfalls erst mal für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden. Aber das muss jeder selber entscheiden.

Our e commerce system is location based and automatically applies the correct currency and VAT according to your detected region. Even though our website supports six different languages, the VAT calculation is always based on your geolocation, not on the language you select. The only situation in which this may not work correctly is when the browser location cannot be identified, for example when a VPN or similar tool is active. Are you sure nothing like this affected your experience?

Regarding the available cards, we have been facing a shortage of several models since the beginning of October. At the moment only the OMNI version is available, while all other models are on preorder and, as stated in the shop, will be shipped starting from the first week of December. We understand this may be inconvenient and we are sorry for the situation, but our SIM provider has limited stock and this directly affects availability on our side.

We are located in Germany, in Berlin to be precise, and we are fully committed to following German regulations in every aspect. No authority has ever reported our company for violating any law, and we value transparency in all our operations.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to clarify your comment regarding potential unlawful activity, as such statements can easily create misunderstandings. If there is a specific concern behind your assumption, please let us know so we can address it properly and clear up any doubt.

Tarjeta no llega, dinero perdido, atención inexistente

Pagamos por la tarjeta y nunca llegó. Ellos dicen que se ha entregado satisfactoriamente... Pero no sabemos a quién. Al final nos quedamos sin tarjeta, hemos perdido el tiempo y el dinero y la empresa es inoperante. Tras poner la queja no responden hasta más de 25 días después. Al menos que esta mala experiencia sirva para que no le pase a nadie más. Nos sentimos estafados.

eSIM funktioniert nicht

eSIM funktioniert nicht, und das obwohl ich vorher den Check mit der App gemacht habe!!! Wollte Karte zurücksenden und habe ein Ticket gezogen um ein RMA-Label zu bekommen - Keine Reaktion vom Support trotz mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen! Ich konnte daher die Karte ohne Ticket nicht vor Ablauf der 14 Tage Frist zurücksenden. Mittlerweile sind 4 Wochen vergangen - keine Reaktion vom Support obwohl das Ticket noch immer offen ist!!!
Ich denke das ich mein Geld los bin und ich die nicht funktionierende Karte in den Kamin werfen kann!!!
Ich glaube fast - das es ein FAKE-Shop ist und uns nur abzocken will! (was auch gelungen ist)
