Arrived quickly in EU & works as advertised with SIMYO /ORANGE.

Not all esim will work with 5ber. I asked for their support to troubleshoot and all they can say is :
"Please contact the eSIM supplier to check why you are not able to use the eSIM after downloading
Yes
You need to contact the eSIM supplier as it is eSIM issue not 5ber card issue"
I contacted the supplied and they also claimed nothing is wrong with their esim and that my phone is not compatible. It is not compatible which is why i bought 5ber. You can tell by the tone that the rep does not want to help.

Broke my phone! I tried this in a Samsung A53 and it has made my phone unusable. It will no longer recognise any Sim card including my contract sim. Needs a factory reset which is not great on the first day of my holiday in India. Do not try this it is a waste of money and could end up costing me a new phone if the factory reset does not work. 😤😡

There is a known bug with Samsung OneUi6.1 which will disable the phone IMEI and SIM slots. The only way out of this is factory reset the phone.

5ber acknowledged this compatibility issue with OneUI6.1 and advised not to disable SIM slots from Android.

Unless 5ber works with Samsung to fix this, I am not going to risk this while travelling.

In my search for a way to equip my Motorola G84 5G with eSIM functionality, I came across the offer from 5ber - and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised!

The order was placed on 05.06.2024 and the delivery to Germany arrived on 14.06.2024 - shipped as a goods port, with DHL as the shipping service provider including tracking, really exemplary.

The deciding factor for me was ultimately the unbeatable price/performance ratio for the premium version of the eSIM; including the voucher code for 22.50 dollars or 20.77 euros.

A self-proclaimed "top dog" calls up a - in my opinion disproportionately high - price of 83.24 euros plus shipping costs of 5.89 euros at best ... so a total of 89.13 euros at best. If you want it delivered faster, you'll pay a whopping 17.79 euros for express delivery, which is an incredible 101.03 euros.

5ber therefore offers the most attractive overall package! The installation was completed within 5 minutes, the app was installed quickly and runs stably; an upgrade took place after inserting the SIM; my Vodafone mobile phone number was recognized and integrated without any problems and was reliably available after briefly inserting and removing the

My conclusion: if you want to retrofit eSIM functions, 5ber has the most convincing offer on the market! An absolute and unreserved recommendation to buy. Tip: check compatibility on the manufacturer's website in advance!

Works very well for Eskimo and also ByteSIM on my Oppo Reno10 Pro+

Just be very mindful not to disable this SIM in your android settings as there seems to be a issue where once disabled, you will permanently not be able to re-enable the card unless you install a fresh eSIM of a separate unique serial number.

But anyway 5ber gave me one extra free installation (so did my eSIM provider re-issue the eSIM for free) to allow me to fix my issue. I'm using the pay for extra downloads version.

5ber esim card works well for me. I have installed many esim profiles. The company has been around for a while now. They have worked out most of the issues. It is a much better product than it was just a few months ago. 10% discount with link s .id/10off5ber

Yesterday updated my Samsung A73 5G to OneUI 6.1 and the phone lost both signal the flight mode button is on and can't TURN OFF ! The phone also become very hot.
I remove 5ber eSIM and used a normal SIM but the phone was not recognizing any SIM card anymore.
I refresh and restart also won't work.
I have to reset to factory setting then only can use back my regular SIM card

With only 12€ to loose I took the leap. Within 10 days I received a nice package. It works!
I have eSim capability on a Samsung A41 now.

Ero titubante ma ho deciso di tentare l'acquisto. Il prodotto è arrivato rapidamente e ben impacchettato. Ho subito installato la sim nel mio Xiaomi Mi9 lite (ovviamente non compatibile con le e-sim). Ho installato la app di 5ber ma la sim non veniva riconosciuta: VA INSERITA NELLO SLOT 1 (il mio telefono è dual SIM). Riavviato il telefono (con sim 5ber inserita nello slot1) e l'app ha subito riconosciuto la sim. Ora dovevo trovare un fornitore di esim a basso costo per un test. Ho trovato eSIM4Travel che al costo di circa 1.30€ da a disposizione 1Giga per 7 giorni in tutta Europa. Una volta ricevuto via mail il QR-CODE, l'ho scansionato (sempre con app 5ber.com) e la sim è stata caricata correttamente. Ho attivato la esim e con grossa gioia, dopo aver disattivato il wifi (serve una connessione internet per scaricare ed attivare il profilo esim!) sono riuscito a navigare in internet. Posso quindi confermare che la sim di 5ber.com funziona correttamente eSIM4Travel. Ottimo. A disposizione per approfondimenti. Sono davvero soddisfatto!

Was a bit hesitant as been using eaim.me,but as their prices skyrocketed and wanted another esim bought 5ber.Never looked back since. working smoothly with multiple profiles.Its simple, straightforward interface.Love it

I have ordered an esim card on January but until now I have not received it. I also contacted customer service but have not received an answer.

I found 5ber's physical eSIM by chance and ordered it.
It works very well so far and I could already upload several profiles.
Delivery took some time, but this might be due to Christmas season. Pricing including delivery to Europe is also good.
The app needs a bit polishing and some more functions, like adding profiles manually.
The support is really great! They answer quickly, are polite and helpfull and know what they are doing and what to look for.
So far, I am very satisfied with the product and especially with the good support.

They are not that bloody greedy company that charge ridiculuos price. Like ask you to buy a Apple 15 Ultra Max but limit you to function of Apple Mini Minus Budget

5ber actually knows how to market and price their products - unlike their main competitor. It functions the same as well.

Received the $25 premium esim. Installed the app and insert the nanosim. Scanned the QR code, downloading and ..... error to contact the network provider who says the esim is good, it installs without problem on esim capable android phones and iphones. I send a message in the 5ber app, but they did not reply. The problem is that the imei of the phone is not recognized as esim compatible. While on the 5ber website and in the app it says the phone is compatible for their esim. No faq on this kind of problems.

After contacting cs again they replied, but it was not the kind of response you would want to see.
They say they will research, but in fact they do nothing. Only once I managed to install a qr code esim on a device that was already capable for esim on the nano esimcard. But after removing, it wouldn't install again on any device, and those are listed as compatible with the nano esimcard. They say to check if their provided esim profile is installing, that installs after some tries.
I tried working with them to provide a link where they can order an esim with a local address or I could do that for them. They got the luminous idea that I purchase the esim card on my own costs and give this to them.

Don't get fooled. It doesn't even install with normal esim profiles like from Vodafone.
If you want to return it for a refund, they say that it is not possible coz it is already used... duh.. it's not working and not installing normal esim profiles.

At the end I got my money back after a chargeback.

So stay away. it's not working, at least for me, and also alternatives are not working good, look at reviews.
That there are positive reviews here, I can only imagine from who those reviews are.
