EShores listened to what we wanted and delivered. We had a great holiday, the hotels suggested had great locations and met our needs; air and rail travel was seamlessly organised which meant no stress.

Communication was excellent.

Having used Hannah at Eshores for a NYC and St Lucia holiday previously, we contacted her again for a Sri Lanka holiday for 2 families. Again, everything was absolutely fantastic - Hannah is so responsive and listened to our needs. Everything worked beautifully and we will definitely use Eshores again. Our original flights were via Dubai but as soon as the Middle East conflict started, Hannah had secured us alternative flights via Turkey and kept these on hold right up until a couple of months before we were due to leave to secure us the best price. This was definitely over and above our expectations. Thank you Hannah !

The service from Chris Eaves at eShores was nothing short of outstanding. I called eShores on a whim in January, and Chris turned a vague idea about a trip to Croatia into a amazing three-centre holiday that was also great value for money. Chris always offered practical advice on places to stay and activities to do and had an intuitive feel for our quite modest budget. He was always friendly and never sales-y. He was fun to chat to but clearly oozed expertise. The icing on the cake was when our sheaf of tickets, passes and coupons arrived in the post about a week before we left. It was perfectly presented and organised with everything in the order we would need to use it in. In a follow-up call when we got back from Croatia, Chris was genuinely interested in how our holiday had been... and offered recommendations for different places to visit next time we go. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company. A five-star experience for us.

We have booked a number of holidays through Dave at EShores, most have been multi centre with the most recent being to Sri Lanka. The service received is always excellent and the travel arrangements and transfers are always well organised and never had any concerns. Dave is always on hand to offer advice on location and hotel options and ensures that we are kept informed of any changes etc.

We had the most fantastic holiday in Cambodia and Vietnam. Chris listened to everything that we wanted and gave really useful recommendations based on his own experiences. The hotels that we had were not too touristy but were all in excellent locations and allowed easy access to all the local sites. The flights were all at good times allowing maximum time in each location. This is the second time that we have booked through eshores and I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon with eShores. I'd thoroughly recommend eShores and in particular Dave Felton to anyone. Dave is friendly friendly, approachable and nothing was too much hassle for him if I wanted to look at different options for our trip or segments of our trip. We flew to Capetown, then onto a safari before ending in Zanzibar. All of the options provided for hotels were very good which meant we had a fantastic time. The trip was seamlessly organised with all transfers etc included. Before flying off we also received a handy booklet which had a summary of all aspects of the trip and also all of the appropriate vouchers/booking confirmations. Dave is very honest and did not try to over sell anything - the initial itinerary he put together for me was around 25% below the budget I had given!
We had one hiccup on the day we were meant to leave (which was no fault of eShores!) as our flight to London to connect to Cape Town was cancelled due to the warm weather however Nick Chadwick assisted us in Dave's absence and looked at the best options to have us rebooked to fly out.
My overall impression of eShore is that they are friendly, professional, honest and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. A massive thank you to Dave for helping us have our dream honeymoon!

We organised a tailor made holiday to Borneo and Malaysia through Andy at E-Shores. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process, even when I threw a wobble about flying through the Middle East; which in the end didn’t happen.
The holiday was amazing and Andy was on the end of the phone when our flights were delayed to reorganise other flights so we would not miss our river safari in Borneo. The service was fabulous and stress free, thanks to Andy. I’m using this company for my next trip as the service has been first class.

I recently returned from a fantastic 3 centre holiday booked with Eshore in Vietnam and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From the very beginning, the one-to-one personal service was outstanding. It was reassuring to deal with someone who took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and was always available to answer questions and offer advice.

The holiday itself was seamless. Every hotel was exactly as expected, all of our transfers arrived on time, and every excursion ran perfectly. It made travelling between destinations completely stress-free, allowing us to relax and enjoy the experience.

It’s clear that a great deal of care goes into planning every detail, and it really showed throughout our trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Eshore again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organised, personalised holiday.

Booked a trip to Thailand including two differnet hotels in different locations. The second hotel was undersoing serious renovations which I had not been told about. Eshiores say they were not told but their solution seemed to be for me to PAY again for a different hotel. Nooffer of support beyond payining for a different hotel. Eshore contactyed hotel but was told the renovations did not cause any interferance with my holiday. I soke with the hotel manager who apologised that we had not been informed and that the hotel was not of 5 star standard but said if I came back in afew moths time it would be! Eshore offered no suport beyond contacting the hotel . Would not book another holiday with them based on this experience. Great at booking stage but they do not seem to have knowledge of what they are actually booking. Very poor experience

Just back the other week from visiting Split & Brac. The whole experience from e-shores was really good from start to finish. Anna and her colleagues were quick to get back to us answering any questions had. Great service!

We booked our holiday again with eshores to Costa Rica and again Chris was amazing. He tailored our requirements and stay and it was perfect. I would highly recommend eshores and our consultant Chris who is as always super helpful and always accomodating to our needs. I will definitely use eshores again as I have for the last 4 years.

I had a unique set of circumstances regarding holiday requirements which they sorted without issue, in a very short timeframe (1 week before), all fantastic... nd we had a great time too!

What can I say? From our very first contact with Andy to the end of our holiday, the service was absolutely amazing.

We had quotes from several travel companies, but when we mentioned one of them to Andy, he pointed out that they weren’t actually insured. He saved us from making a potentially costly mistake before we’d even booked.

We decided to book with Andy at Eshores, and it was the best decision we could have made. Then, just before we were due to travel in March, the uncertainty caused by the conflict involving President Trump made us very worried about going. Andy couldn’t have been more helpful. He rearranged our holiday for June, changed our airline, and sorted everything out for us. The whole process was completely stress-free.

Our holiday itself was like clockwork. We flew from the UK to Phuket, where our taxi was waiting. We then travelled from Phuket to Krabi by private taxi on Andy’s recommendation, which worked brilliantly. From Krabi we were transferred to the airport for our flight to Chiang Mai, then on to Bangkok, with every transfer and flight perfectly organised. Finally, our transfer to Bangkok Airport for the journey home was seamless.

We’ve never done a multi-centre holiday like this before, but everything went exactly to plan. There wasn’t a single problem or worry throughout the trip.

My hat goes off to Andy R at Eshores. You made our holiday so easy, and your organisation and customer service were outstanding. Thank you for giving us such an amazing holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andy and Eshores to anyone looking for a stress-free, perfectly organised trip.

We have just returned from one of our most enjoyable holidays. This was the first time we had booked with eShores, and we will definitely be using them again.
We wanted a two center stay for Porto and Lisbon with flights, accommodation and train travel between the cities.
We dealt with Zack. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he sorted everything brilliantly for us. He gave us a good choice of accommodation in great locations, and the train and flights were at the times we liked. He also gave us some tips for visiting the cities.
We have no hesitation in recommending eShores.

I contacted several travel agents to plan a trip to Singapore and Bali, Andy immediately contacted me wanting to better understand who was traveling and what we were looking for. He provided options based on his experience of different locations and hotels and what he thought would best suit us. When notified by hotels of building works he immediately contacted us wanting to understand whether we wanted to change. He was spot on in his advise, we had the most wonderful holiday - I will be contacting Andy again to plan our next trip
