I have used eShores and especially Gavin to plan and book multi-stop holidays for over a decade, primarily to the US, covering a variety of states. The latest of which was a 4 stop trip around California and Nevada over 2.5 weeks. We are now a family of 5 with younger children and therefore have additional logistical challenges, but Gavin is brilliant at helping plan (with his own extensive experience) and book new and exciting trips, tailored to our own needs, and gets the best deals for us. He is always very flexible and proactive and has even managed to re route us once while we were in Florida after a Hurricane hit. All you could ever want from a specialist travel agent.

We booked this agency because we wanted a relaxing, well-organised Bali honeymoon where we could simply enjoy ourselves without having to worry about the logistics. Unfortunately, that is not what we received.

From the beginning, the itinerary and choice of destinations made very little sense. We wanted a Bali honeymoon, yet we were sent between Bali, Lombok and Gili T, spending several days in Lombok before moving to Gili T, where many of the activities were essentially the same. The amount of travelling and moving around felt completely unnecessary and took away from the actual honeymoon experience. Where each travel day (multiple) was spent with several (5+ hour) journeys.

The logistics were particularly poor. At one point, we were essentially left on an island to figure out ourselves how we were getting back to Bali. This is exactly the sort of thing you pay a travel agency to organise for you.

The accommodation choices were also extremely disappointing and felt random rather than carefully selected around what we had asked for. Even worse, we were booked into twin-bed rooms at multiple hotels despite this being our honeymoon. How does a travel agency arrange a honeymoon and repeatedly book two separate beds?

The flights were another disappointment. We were booked onto Air India when there were much better options available, including Emirates. Considering how much we paid, the flight choice felt completely unjustified.

The entire trip was also extremely overpriced for the experience we received. We spent a significant portion of our honeymoon emailing the agency and trying to resolve issues instead of actually enjoying our holiday.

The biggest problem is that the agency completely missed the point of what we wanted. We wanted a Bali honeymoon. Instead, we received an unnecessarily complicated island-hopping itinerary with poor logistics, questionable accommodation choices and very little sense of the experience we were actually looking for.

We paid a travel agency to make our honeymoon easier and more enjoyable. Instead, we ended up having to manage and troubleshoot our own trip while we were supposed to be celebrating our honeymoon.

Very disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we paid. I would not recommend using this agency for such an important trip, or any trip for that matter!

This was the second multi location holiday arranged by Andy, and the second time he designed & arranged an amazing non stop tailor made trip to meet our every requirement. This time was an island tour of Sri Lanka. Each hotel was outstanding for both location & service, the transport & dedicated tour guide was so safe, secure & knowledgeable. All transfers worked smoothly with great communication from the providers. The various trips & visits, including numerous safaris could not have been better executed. The actual process of designing & planning the trip could not have been any better, Andy’s knowledge and communication was second to none, and the package came together very quickly, even though it was a last minute request. We must also mention the very good value for money, all managed easily within a specified budget.

We contacted Andy (who had been recommended to us) about a 2 week trip to Bali, which we have just returned from. From our first contact with him, it was clear that he was exceptionally knowledgeable and was going to look after us which he most certainly did. We have both agreed that it has been the best holiday we have ever been on !! It has felt like we have been away for a month as we have experienced 3 exceptional hotels & locations. Our hotel in Ubud was the perfect chilled out start to our Bali experience. We absolutely adored Lombok & so glad that he persuaded us to go there on the ferry !! Our hotel in Legian beach was the perfect end to a truly memorable trip. We will have such fond memories of this holiday for a very long time & it has been exceptionally well organised by Andy & all the team at eShores & great value too. We organised 3 trips through the contact that Andy gave us, visiting temples, rice terraces, snorkelling with turtles on the reef in Lombok, dawn boat trip with dolphins in north Bali - all incredible experiences.
From the outset, all communication was superb. We had everything we needed whilst there to ensure the smooth running of our holiday. Andy also very kindly responded whilst we were away to tweak a pick up time for us which was much appreciated. Whenever I phoned the team in the office, they were always exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Thanks again to Andy & also to all the team at eShores who have made all the logistics so slick. We will certainly be using eShores for all our future holidays, I only wish we had discovered them sooner !!!

Chris helped book my bucket list trip to Costa Rica. He helped with all the flights, transfers and accommodation. Advising which areas to visit and for how long etc. which hotels he recommends and why and
he even dealt with the transfer company going bust the day before we flew and immediately got a new company to take over all our transfers .. and he sorted this out before telling me as he knew I'd be having a melt down 🤣.
He is always at the end of the phone to answer questions which is great for me as I prefer the personal touch to emails. And throughout the holiday he was keeping me informed of reminders for transfers etc.
I can't recommend him enough and if his boss sees this I think'employee of the month' would be a good idea 😉.
This is the second holiday I've booked using Chris and won't be the last.

I had not used Eshores before, but contacted them last year for a quote for a family holiday to Asia. Andy arranged a great trip for us to Singapore and Penang. Everything was brilliant- great flights, the hotels were fabulous, and the transfers were smooth. The price was excellent as well. I would definitely use them again.

The experience was great because Anna from eshores had organised our bespoke holiday so well, from the well timed flights to the hotels, ferrys and private pickups. I had researched the three greek islands myself Mkykonos Naxos and Santorini so i booked us on plenty of tours. Together with mine and Anna's planning it was a dream holiday xxx

We have recently returned from our holiday doing the famous route 66 road trip and from the start to finish was just amazing and I would like to say a big thank you to Michelle Porter who has organised this trip for us and has always been available for any questions that we had, from arriving in Chicago and returning back from LA everything went so smoothly from the car hire to the amazing hotels we stayed in, I couldn't recommend e shores anymore they really do look after you and make sure your holiday is one to remember, I can't wait to book my next one with them.

An amazing holiday company.
I have just returned from an amazing multi centre holiday booked with eShores. We flew to Split, then Brac and lastly on to Dubrovnik. Nick was great, offering great advice and suggestions. This was our first multi centre holiday and I thought it would be hard work. Nick made it completely painless. Every aspect of travel was included in the package, which helped to make everything stress free.
Communication was excellent throughout, including me emailing about excursions and day trips before our departure.
I think this has changed our holidays for the future and I would definitely use eShores for our next holiday.

This company is absolutely amazing! I searched on the internet companies who can plan Greek Island hopping holidays, as we wanted to stay in Skopelos and Skiathos. Emily was absolutely superb from start to finish! I told her what we were looking for and she came back with a quote within the hour and we booked it! This was back in February and we’ve just come back from the most fabulous holiday where every tiny little detail she organised ran like clockwork! It was also so lovely knowing there was someone at the end of the phone (who would pick up straight away!) if we had any problems whilst we were away. I cannot recommend this company enough and Emily is an absolute credit to the team. We’ve come back and straight away we’ve asked Emily to look into a holiday to Italy for us for next year! We’re VERY happy customers!
