ES Sabers Omdömen 

I've placed several orders and have loved all of their products! This last order was an array of parts and one of them ended up being the wrong color. Sophie was wonderful, communicating through email promptly and kindly. She processed a replacement part that has shipped almost immediately! It's a few days away from arriving and I'm already so impressed with the speed of their handling! I will be buying from them again... in fact, I already have!

The sabres themselves are great. But as of today, I have been waiting for my son's new sabre for nearly 1 month. That is too long.

The saber self does had good lighting perfect sounds but when you do tricks with it and let it fall the plastic hilt does break a little bit so be careful :)

This was the smoothest deal we did ever. Not just the purchase, but the delivery with DHL was a the best.

With my son a huge Star Wars fan (originals, of course) and his 6th birthday coming up, he’d requested a lightsaber. Knowing nothing about the world of RGB, XenoPixel etc. I got in contact with ES Sabers to try to make sense of it all. The fact you can pick up the phone to them makes a massive difference (compared to their main competitor) and Sophie was extremely helpful in explaining the technology and various pros and cons. In the end I bought three Sabers from them (for my son, my 8-year-old daughter and myself) and can’t wait till they arrive! Thanks ES Sabers for all your help and particularly to Sophie :)

Brilliant service, the silver one I ordered for my grandson was out of stock and I hadn't realised, so the kind person posted a gold one for me so he would have it for his birthday. He was so pleased and loves this sabre.

The Saber itself is gorgeous. Looks sturdy, really well made and the sound and light effects are awesome. Really happy with the product.

Unfortunately, not so happy with ES Sabers' service. It took a whole month from ordering my saber to it being shipped. For the first two weeks I received a couple of fairly unhelpful automated emails that suggested they were dealing with a rush of orders but offered no updated delivery date. Then after the third week I had to contact them myself for an actual update, which then took them three days to reply to.

Also, the website said the saber would be delivered with spacers to align the different parts of the hilt but these never arrived, which doesn't ruin the product by any means but it's a bit disappointing.

Like I say, love the saber but with this buying experience I dunno if I'd go back to ES again when I start thinking about more parts for customisation.

They were very informative of the products that they make. Gave me all the information about what to apply to make my lightsaber unique. Happy every time with them and will continue to use them when I feel like making a new addition to my saber.

After long wait 9/10

From ordering to receiving the saber I couldn't be more excited. And although it took a bit longer than expected it still arrived in good time. Exceptional quality and exactly what I was looking for.

Order was straight forward, a query answered instantly and delivery was quick.
The saber is for a 5yr old grandson, seems very robust and has plenty of light and sound options. We haven't given him it yet but I know he will be thrilled...not sure about the parents...😂

Saber is excellent quality and very bright I love it and it's my first, probably of many.

My model came disassembled and apparently there was supposed to be an instructions QR code for assembly but the QR code I had led me to the trust pilot review page so if you do a custom parts saber just be aware as some assembly required, it's not overly complicated but with the amount of screws in the packet was slightly confusing at first (I am sure their prebuilt selection come pre assembled I just chose individual parts)

Only a few things I'd feedback on:

For whatever reason my saber didn't come with any metal spacer rings so I had to order those separately after the saber arrived, not a massive deal as only £3 but just something that would be a "nice to have" when spending this much :P

I think the box the saber came in needs some love as it was basically just a long cardboard box with the saber parts boxes and blade loose in it with some brown paper "stuffing". Again, not a massive deal as my saber blade and parts are in fine condition ( though inside the larger cardboard delivery box the "custom saber" box containing the parts was dented I am not bothered by this as I didn't buy a lightsaber to put it back in its box) just more of a feedback thing. And I maybe expected more than I should by having seen YouTube videos of fancy unboxing haha

The last thing is probably just a patience thing but I wouldn't have minded slightly more communication during the manufacturing process as I think if I'd not contacted to check on it then all I'd have had is my order confirmation and then 4 weeks later the shipping confirmation. Again not a massive deal as I know it's a busy period but the wait feels so long without any news (not helped by this being my first)
