I don't recommend this clinic as they have done a laser hair removal session, and the "nurse" responsible didn't know that the laser shouldn't over tatoos. It caused me bruises and a lot of pain.

I went along for a skin scan as having skin issues and Martha was so thorough and went through the results very clearly and recommended me some skin products, there was no hard sell and I did buy the products as have been very happy with the results, I am going back for a follow up skin scan in 6 weeks. I am attending a valentines special tomorrow for a treatment

Professional staff and a wide range of treatments
Very professional clinic with a vast array of treatments. The girls are all lovely and very knowledgeable. I love the Hydrafacials so I took advantage of one of the many packages available which are good value.

A calm pleasant experience
This clinic is full of smiling, pleasant and helpful staff, who manage to convey an atmosphere of calmness but seriousness. I have always had wonderful treatments here and I love coming back for more!
I have my nails done here regularly by Sue Page and I’m sure she provides a fortnightly dose of therapy as well!! Always willing to listen and chat whilst producing gorgeous nails for me.

Hand gel nail polish started chipping…
Hand gel nail polish started chipping the following day. Also saw that the polish or blending of the topcoat was lighter coverage in places. I went straight back to the shop the next day it was open, to be told that I should be wearing gloves and that It was normal to chip if I didn’t, although I was told that it was a top-quality nail polish, and to me, this didn’t all make sense. I was asked if I’d had this type of nail polish before. I was asked many different questions. I was told that a photo would need to be taken. I was given an appointment two days later, leaving me to wear this chipped polish because I was told there was nobody available to take the polish off. When I arrived back home, the person who I talked to at reception told me that I could come back in and she would take the polish off.
Obviously , I’ll be looking for a more professional and quality service in the future.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the same standards as your previous Pedicure in December or your complimentary Skin Consultation in January.
We use the professional Gel Bottle polish range here, which is a high quality brand, so we completely shared your concerns about this chipping.
To clarify on your point about gloves; the member of staff you spoke with on your return is a highly experienced beauty therapist who recommended you to use washing up gloves if immersing your hands in water as not doing so can affect the longevity of nail polish. We are sorry if this caused some confusion.
Our main business is in providing the latest non-invasive face and body rejuvenation treatments, alongside traditional beauty treatments; we are not a walk in nail shop. For that reason we were not able to offer to remove the polish immediately as you requested, as we simply had no team members free at that time.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offered you an appointment to soak off the polish as soon as one became available and refunded you in full without question.
You were also offered the opportunity to speak to our Clinic Manager to discuss your concerns, which you declined, so we were surprised to receive this review. However, as stated previously, your satisfaction is our top priority, so if there's anything more we can do to address your concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly at info@eraclinics.co.uk or call us on 01844 698441.

By far the best clinic around!
I have been coming to Era for a while. I cannot rate it highly enough. Emma has made it such a welcoming place with a skilled team of professionals. I always feel in great hands. It’s such a wonderful experience. Paige has been absolutely fantastic with my recent laser hair removal and I am beginning to see incredible results. I was treated to have invisapeel yesterday & wow my skin looks and feels so radiant today :) Olivia was brilliant and explained everything during the treatment. It’s such a lovely, friendly and professional atmosphere and I always come away feeling a million dollars. Thank you all at Era!
