Like the prices of the parts but received the wrong one recently but did receive it quick

I purchased a replacement seat for my Kubota ZD326. I was ASSURED by e-parts that the seat would fit exactly. "We've sold hundreds of these. Just 4 bolts to remove."

WRONG! I had to fashion a plate to hold the seat sensor and do a metal to metal glue.

THEN, as I was putting the seat back on, the seat does not fit all the way on. The back seat-angle adjustment is too wide for the seat space. Needed to bend out or cut strong steel sheet metal to try to fit it in.

The sit sits WAY lower than the OEM Kubota seat. No seatbelts of way of attaching them. And the quality of the seat is several classes down from Kubota.

I was misled --the nice word-- by e-parts into thinking this seat was a replacement for my Kubota seat. If it is a replacement at all, it is a poor one.

The unit was out of commission for a week while I adapted the seat to my machine.

The Kubota dealer warned me that they have never seen a 3rd party seat fit right. I should have listened to them, not e-parts.

I wasted my time and money.

Paid for expedited shipping. It took the company 3 days to print a shipping label and another 3 to actually ship. 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting on the part. I would order another part and receive it overnight from another company and then just return this part IF it ever arrives but epartsfast charges a 25% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping. I should have done more research on this company.

They are completely scam oriented. Not selling you the correct parts. Not only do they not pay to return the parts but give you a fraction of what you paid.Also fail to cover the need to have the work done again with the right parts.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They sent me the wrong part , I had to pay the return shipping myself , then they only gave me a partial refund . Complete scam

I ordered an ice maker to replace mine which finally quit working. The quality appears good and it works well. Free shipping, got here in about 4 days

Received the right part for my Samsung clothes dryer, and received it quicker than I thought.

They let you pay extra for express shipping then don't guarantee it WHAT A SCAM!!!!

dryer belt was for a samsung
idler pully was not for my dryer
but i think the drum rollers will work

Stated it was original but was actually a Chinese product found the same item on eBay for $45 or best offer. paid $145 for it because I thought it was original was very excited to receive: only to find out it was not an original was very disappointed plus 25% restocking fee and you have to pay your own return shipping I would definitely advise to buy somewhere else

It was easy to order, the parts were delivered quickly, and the wheels fit well with the broken ones. However, I encountered a problem with the dryer belt included in the kit (suggested by the search feature)—it was too short for my dryer's drum. Luckily, the old belt was still in good condition, so I could finish the repair using that. I initially ordered a similar kit from another company, but the belt in that one was also too short.

Parts came fast and were priced really well. Only ordered from them because it said Veteran owned and as a vet myself I try to support veteran owned businesses. Very good experience and will look to them again in the event I need more parts.

Well you can't get them to answer any questions. I ordered and paid for the fastest shipping which said 1-3 days I was assuming it would be sent in my possession in 3 business days but I ordered on a Wednesday morning and was sent tracking info on Friday afternoon. It's now Wednesday the following week and ive not seen anything and usps tracking says nothing. No response from eparts it's like they consider this a you problem.

Paid for ASAP shipping and part still took 8 days to arrive. Part description was vague and didn't include what it showed, but it came with parts it didn't state in the description either. Emailed them with that issue and haven't heard back. Not impressed so far.

Parts were correct and arrived within the time promised. The cost of shipping was a bit, higher than I expected. That is just regular business. I went with the 3-5 day shipping and was satisfied. This is the second time I have used this company, and I will continue to do so in the future for my hardware, for household appliances.

Payed for fast shipping and part took twice as long as if I would have just ordered it regular shipping.

Placed order for part for my dryer, paid for expedited shipping 12 days so far and still don't have my part!!! Will not order from again for any reason!!

Only because 0 stars isn’t an option. Paid expedited shipping charge for 2 day shipping but after 7 days it was still not shipped. Sent 2 emails and no reply and no phone number to reach anyone to cancel. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to spending my money with them. No Customer focus with this company at all.
